The first time I called they were trying to send me a form to sign over the phone but they agent said it wasn't going through for some reason he tried to send it to me via email and text. So the next option was to drive to the office to sign it in person. So I did that. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of my form . Fast forward 3 months later and I'm still being charged because they never sent the insurance company "Safeway insurance my cancellation form" I called back to have them send my form and they said they would once again they did not! Now today September 28th 2026 I called to get them to send it to the insurance company and to me. Same thing the "agent was having trouble sending it" so I had to THREATEN to FILE and complaint with California department of insurance and now finally after 4 months ADRIANAS INSURANCE has followed my request. On top of all this the insurance company "Safeway insurance" is telling me they may not be able to give me a refund since it's been so long. Avoid this insurance company terrible experience I have never experienced this before I've cancelled many policies and they all have been cancelled the same day
