I am an at risk senior so I really don't feel comfortable shopping there until COVID19 is over. Many customers are not wearing masks and I try to get up early to shop at their special hours but don't always make it. So I often now shop at smaller local grocery stores that offer pick up or delivery. Even without COVID19 delivery services would aid the community and allow many seniors to remain independent and in their own homes.

It has a bakery in the store and you can get some nice pies, breads and cakes. Since the store changed names, the selection of beer has increased dramatically. They now have beer from many of the microbreweries in Montreal. I even found (and bought) a bottle of Kissmeyer beer from Odense, Denmark but brewed in Ontario. We visited the Kissmeyer brewery last month when we were in Denmark. Other parts of the store include the dairy section where you can buy Quebec butter, milk and other products. Quebec milk is better than US milk for cappuccino frothing. They have a small meat department and produce area. If you are American, stop by US Customs on your way to Canada and become familiar with the produce you can and can't bring back to the US. There are lots of rules with produce.

This is more like a local market instead of a supermarket, but it has what you need. First, it has a good choice of basic items (e.g,. milk, eggs, bread, etc.). Second, I was thrilled to find local amber syrup from Maple Hill Farms for sale here (produced in Barton, VT). Third, you can find meats for grilling such as bratwurst, hamburger, etc. Service is OK and the "no-frills" grocery store ambiance is like going back in time to the 1970s. Do not be alarmed to see many people buying alcohol (especially beer). Overall, I think it was the best market within a 30-minute drive (and convenient for those staying on the north shore of Lake Willoughby).
