Here's a novel idea: Don't advertise a rewards program that you will not honor…read more Wanted to use my rewards points today and your clerks were unable to scan my rewards barcode or have any other way to redeem my points. BUT the points were still deducted from my Earnify app. So you literally stole from me. whats worse is that when I had the audacity to question it, the one clerk got rude with me and told me to "get my food or leave" and that "Earnify is BP and we are the lakeland." The other clerk virtually threw my change at me and I heard them talking trash as I walked out. Your store has opted into the program by participating in the points system via fuel purchases. When you opt into something, you are agreeing to honor it! I am a regular customer who comes in several times a week. I have never been treated so rudely by your staff until now. And the only reason I am giving 4 start instead of less is because I know this is not the typical experience here. Usually my experience is great.

Love that there is a gluten free granola option. Love that the berries are fresh!! Service is to be desired. On a Sunday on a holiday weekend, there was only 1 employee and a long line. We were seated fairly quickly considering the circumstances. They do not have menus. Waitress just said what the offerings were. Our table got a variety of nachos. Serving size is huge! Easily shareable. Market had some basic convenience and food items available for purchase. I think menus would be a nice touch even with limited items or at the very minimum a menu at the table, one of those smaller, stand up types that some restaurants always have at the table.

Came here to see if they would have some unique candies to the Midwest, and lo and behold, they did. I ended up buying a bunch of Caramel Cobs, which I've never seen out East. They made great "little" (little is in quotation marks because these things are actually fairly large for treats) gifts for my friends back home. They have a bunch of other candies as well. Well worth checking out, if you happen to be in the Emporium or near Arnolds Park.

While the selection is generally very good, and the people generally pleasant, the clerks were completely unapologetic about selling candy cigarettes (and candy chew). This lead to a long discussion in the car and some disagreement about the appropriate behaviour in such circumstances. So, I won't be back. I'll get candy from places that are quite literally less likely to corrupt (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candy_cigarette). So, you can see this a 5-star review as well as a 1-star review, and if you are a proponent of candy cigarettes, they have the widest selection I've ever seen. They are also overpriced, but for the selection it's a good deal.
