The veggies were your basic steamed veggies, but the dish was overall good. Service was great-server was attentive and the manager came around as well to check on us. We're staying in South Jordan and visited Bohemian Brewery in Midvale for dinner after getting checked into and dropping our bags off at our hotel. The brewery is easy to find but the entrance into the parking lot can be easier to miss. We walked inside and were seated immediately since it wasn't busy for a Thursday night. Along with some outdoor seating, additional seating can be found upstairs if it gets really busy. They have lots of alcohol choices and a massive cocktail list; their spring/summer cocktail list is available now. One cocktail they have I thought was clever was The Ghost of Burt Reynolds. We ordered a beer flight that consisted of the following beers; Cherny Bock (Czech black lager), Noble Hefeweizen (German-style Hefe), Bohemian Weiss (unfiltered wheat lager), and Viennese Amber (malty amber lager). Out of all these, my favorites were the Noble Hefeweizen and the Viennese Amber beers. For food, I got the Margherita pizza and my LTP got the Reuben sandwich with fries on the side. We had just completed a nearly six hour long drive to Utah from Nevada and I ended up finishing the entire pizza, which is a rare thing for me to do when I go out to eat. My LTP, on the other hand, who ALWAYS finishes everything on his plate, was the complete opposite. He could only finish one part of his sandwich and half his fries before deciding to take it back with him. I really enjoyed the European-style feel of this place. The interior is very similar to that of a ski lodge, complete with a fireplace in the downstairs dining area. I would love to come back to Bohemian Brewery during our next trip to Utah.

My husband had the Maple covered ones and they were gone in seconds. We went all the way to Solvang CA. To have beignets in a famous Danish restaurant and now I just have to go down the street for them. Thirsts are better too. I ordered Pretzel Bites but I'm too full but they smell and look delicious. They give you a little bag of popcorn while you wait. It's drive through only. We also ordered one of their drinks with Mtn Dew lime and pomegranate juice. Soooo good . From the moment we arrived, we sat ourselves at the bar and were warmly welcomed by Cody, who took the time to thoughtfully explain not only the menu but everything the brewery had to offer. You could tell right away that they genuinely care about the experience here. The atmosphere was fun and inviting with free cornhole, free darts, and even dollar pool tables--such a great touch. Bridget jumped in behind the bar as well and was full of personality, great conversation, and positive energy that made the night even better. When the shift changed, we were taken care of seamlessly by another incredible crew: Rebecca, Kirsten, and Kira. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We're visiting from out of town from Los Angeles and had no idea where to go, but we're so glad we chose this place. Even the regular patrons were welcoming and added to the overall great vibe.
