Raising Cane's absolutely delivers on its simple, focused promise of quality chicken fingers, and…read moreit's easy to see why it has such a loyal following. The experience is consistently efficient. The lines can get long due to its popularity, but ordering ahead through their app is the perfect way to skip the wait. Once you get your food, it's exactly what you're hoping for: crispy, juicy chicken fingers that are reliably good. The real star of the show is the Cane's Sauce. That creamy, peppery dip has a cult following for a reason and pairs perfectly with everything in the combo. The Box Combo gives you a great taste of their core offerings: those great chicken fingers, buttery Texas Toast for dipping, crinkle-cut fries that are crispy when fresh, and creamy coleslaw. It's a satisfying, decently-priced meal for something quick and easy. Overall, Raising Cane's is a standout in the fast-casual chicken game. It won't reinvent your idea of fast food, but for a tasty, no-fuss meal where the sauce truly shines, it consistently hits the spot.

Still waiting on the first location to open in Maine, hopefully in the near future! The reason for the four stars is I think a couple of things make this the lowest ranked Canes we have visited off the three. By no means was it a bad experience, the other two were just better in certain ways that make them a five star and this one a four star. The tenders did seem to be a little bit smaller than we have had before. The flavor of the tenders were still fantastic and you could tell it was high quality chicken. The toast needed to be a bit more toasted. This was quite a busy spot considering it is on route 1 in Saugus which has a ton of traffic so I am sure they are rushing food a little bit at times. Maybe we just came during too much of a rush or an off day for a good meal but not the best quality Raising Cane's we have had. We opted to go through the drive thru and their speed was good with a small wait, also staff was friendly. Which speaking of staff the person taking orders spoke very quickly yet with plenty of manners and being friendly! No real ambiance/vibes to talk about as we did drive thru. It is very convenient location wise and we enjoyed our meals just a couple small improvements we know are possible with a Cane's visit would turn this into an even better meal!

True to its fast-casual model, service is efficient even when lines are long. The tip to order ahead through their app is a smart one and definitely saves time. The signature Box Combo is the way to go, giving you a great overview of what they do best. The star of the show is undeniably the Cane's Sauce. It has a cult following for good reason, its creamy, tangy flavor pairs perfectly with the crispy, juicy chicken fingers. The sides complete the experience: the Texas Toast is buttery and soft, ideal for dipping, and the crinkle-cut fries are reliably crispy when fresh. It's worth noting that the experience can vary. In addition to this, the meal can also feel quite heavy or greasy to some diners. Overall, Raising Cane's is a solid choice for a quick, dependable chicken finger fix. When I asked my daughter what what meal she wanted before we embarked on the trip to drop her off at school she instantly said, Raising Cane's. At that point, I realized I had denied her Kane's pretty much all summer and my goose was cooked. The chicken is moist and warm crunchy on the outside and taste like chicken. The batter has a mild flavor to it the compliments, the chicken. The crinkle cut fries are crisp on the outside and soft on the outside and taste like potatoes. The lemonade is excellent. The coleslaw is excellent. I don't get the big deal about the Caine's m secret sauce, which does nothing for me other people love I don't even know what's in. It is fairly priced. Definitely a better deal than McDonald's or KFC.

Attempt 2:I logged in and tried to use the app. Upon checkout, gift cards not accepted. Attempt 3:I went to the restaurant and went to a kiosk (order here!). I logged in and entered my first item (roast beef). The second item was not programmed into the kiosk. Attempt 4:I went to a cashier and told them what I wanted to order. They don't accept the voucher from the loyalty program if paid with a gift card. Attempt 5:The cashier got a manager who informed me it required a credit card to register the loyalty program and then I could use the gift card. Order went through. Then I waited. And waited. 18 minutes for a roast beef sandwich and fried pickles. That's all. I had to change my order from eat-in to take-out. I eventually was given a bag with food. The pickles were there and they were ok. The roast beef was there and it was decent. But neither was properly prepared and both missed ingredients that were on the receipt. Whoops. Order failure. Oh, due to the extensive time to place the order and get the food, I was not able to finish things before my next meeting. So it was mostly a waste. How unfortunate.
