I've had my female golden retriever groomed here several times now, and if I hadn't been satisfied with even one grooming, I wouldn't have taken her back there. They've always groomed her the way I've asked, and the grooming lasts for some time as far as the length of the hair on her feet, legs, and pants (no skirt for this female) go. My dog is happy going (important to me), and with the exception of her last grooming, has always just been out and walking about with the other dogs loose among the groomers/staff when I've come to pick her up. This last time she was in a kennel that was a little small but doable and she did not look at all happy. They could not tell me how long she had been in there but apparently they had a bunch of dogs around that day and some just had to go into kennels, or something close to that. The staff are friendly, answer all questions, and provide great advice. Either someone new or they hadn't noticed before the twenty or so black hairs bunched together on my blonde golden's left shoulder blade, but when I went to pay the senior staff person mentioned to me that the staff member bathing my dog spent extra time and soap trying to get that dirt or oil off the shoulder! read more

I have been bringing my Cocker Spaniel here since we adopted him and I wouldn't take him anywhere else! The staff are always pleasant and he enjoys his time with them. He struggles with his ears at times, and after some advice from the owner, it has made a difference! We also requested that his ears be trimmed more than usual as the hair gets a little heavy, and they did a great job! My dog is happy, so I am as well! Thank you Pretty Pooch! read more

Want to both thank and compliment Pretty Pooch (Cranbrook) for taking the time to cut my little Schnauzer's (Cayenne) hair yesterday. Cayenne is an older dog suffering from dementia and has become very anxious about having her "hair done". Despite this, Margie and her staff worked diligently to give her an awesome cut in very challenging circumstances. I sincerely would like to thank them for their genuine care and attention. While traumatic for Cayenne at the time, she returned home proud of her new cut. Again, thank you!! read more

Terriblel!! Did not do what I asked and then my dog was itchy the same night after several vet visits found my dog got lice there. Did not get what I requested and had to pay for vet visits and various treatments. Do not take your dog here!! Also very rude. Worst experience in all the years I have gone to groomers. read more

Took one of my Dogs in, to get trimmed. Normally there work is good; not this time. Some how his eye got scratched and his hair was cut to low. So now I am out 400$ for vet bills. No recompinsation read more
