I booked my appointment with Nadine, and have now been back for 2 fills, plus many appointments already booked. Nadine is a perfectionist so she takes her time and makes sure my lashes are perfect before I leave! I am notorious for rubbing my eyes, which is not good for lash extensions, and with my bad habit my lash retention is great!

I asked for a cut that would fit my lifestyle: mom, no time in the morning to get ready and easy to style. I also asked for a balayage that would look natural and grow out to look naturally too. I don't have time to go to the salon every 2-3 months like my younger days. Sarah gave me the most beautiful color. When you go close up to my hair, the colors blend together like boyz 2 men singing a harmony. It was insane! The person who did my balayage before, did a good job, but Sarah did a perfect job. She gave me a cut that compliment my face and lifestyle. I walked out of the salon that day feeling like a million bucks. Not to mention I got stopped so many times by people, telling me how they love my hair and that I looked like a famous person (but thats another story). Talk didn't seem force, it flowed naturally. I was extremely needy when making my appointment. I contacted them both on the phone multiple times and through Facebook. I rescheduled my appointment about three times. Every time I spoke with them, they were courteous, respectful and accommodating. I finally went and got my hair done today and Natalie was great. She began my appointment with asking what I was thinking I wanted and then we talked about what was possible with the way my hair currently was, keeping it as healthy as possible in the process. While it's not as light as I initially wanted, it looks great and I love the resulting color. Natalie was a great conversationalist, and much better at small talk than I am. As someone who doesn't get my hair done I went for a blonde balayage and was pleased with it until it looked yellow and brassy in every other light. I used purple shampoo as directed by the stylist and wasn't able to fix it so they made another appointment for me so they could fix it. The second time I visited the salon for the toning of the problem they fixed, the staff was nice until I showed them the picture we had used as a reference and then they were basically rushing me out. The stylist only half dried my hair after and left clumps of product in it. My hair is now a grey/purple and I will not be returning. They followed that by trying to make me pay for them having to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. After getting a passive aggressive reply I would like to clear things up. I did get toner on my first visit, we even had a conversation about the smell of it. The object of "my mom not giving me enough money" was never an issue considering it was something I paid for. I did have money the second visit as well I just shouldn't need to pay for something getting fixed.
