this man wanted to charge me more so instead of giving me a fill, he ripped my old nails off and cut me open then proceeded to put acrylics on my open wound!!!!! do not see the men that work here!!!! so charged me for removal, a full set, and wanted to charge me $100 for a simple design!!!! avoid!! read more

I got my eye lashes done during this past weekend... it's Wednesday. So, like 3 days later. I haven't wore eye makeup and hardly washed my face around my eyes. They fell out today. Literally both of them. I wouldn't recommend getting eyelashes from here. read more

I just moved here and everyone was raving about pretty nails! So I gave it a shot and absolutely loved it! It was so clean! Everyone was so nice! And the guy who did my nails was awesome! read more

I just had these nails done two days ago. It already looks like I need to have them filled in. Not only that, they are so thick it's ridiculous to have to pay $55 for service like this. Guaranteed, I will not have that same old man EVER do my nails again. This is the second time he's worked on my nails. His craftsmanship is still the same, POOR. Normally, I have good service but not with this guy. What do you think, are my nails extremely think to you? read more

Upcharges. Not great service. Better off doing nails at home. Inconvenient. Not friendly .

Always do a great job! They always take their time and do exactly what I ask for! Highly recommend!

The lady that did my pedicure cut half of my toe nail off and did not ask me if that was ok. I'm about to go on vacation for my birthday where I'm going to have sandals on for the majority of the time. I'm highly dissatisfied and frankly pissed off. I had to go to the nail shop down the street to get overlay to make it even and have it repainted. Would not come back to this place ever. Not to mention it was way over priced absolutely insane read more

I had Jennie give me a manicure and pedicure today and she did a fabulous job!! I live in N.C. but I'll be coming back for her from now on

nails didn't dry after 20 minutes under blowers with regular polish. Kids service was poor but expensive. Woman was cranky. Cost $30 for nail trim and polish. Didn't even clean nails. Seriously thinking about finding another place. read more

I always get a pedicure when I go on my annual motorcycle trip, no matter where in the country. I was staying in Athens and wanted to get pampered after an eight hour ride to get here the day before. T the manager talked the place up when I called and I was not disappointed when I showed up. They were efficient, courteous and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was extremely happy with Angie and the job she did. It was one of the best I've had. Even being as ticklish as I am she was accommodating. I would definitely go back. read more

Nails are amazing, but I have been paying $80-$90 for just one set of acrylic. I have talked to adult women about this, and they all say they only pay around $40 for the same thing meanwhile younger girls like me, and my friends have been paying double that. My first set lasted about two weeks before my nail broke so I decided to just get a new set since I had an event coming up that would've been better to have a different color. Each time I have gone they never painted my nails; they just stuck with the color of the powder stuff they use. The man doing my nails noticed I had broken one, and told me that if a nail broke again to go back there where they'd fix it for free. With that set one of my nails completely fell off, and I went back expecting it to be fixed for free; they charged me $5 (I know it's not a lot, but still), and they just glued the broken nail back one with nothing else. I don't even think I was actually supposed to be charged that $5 because the guy who glued on my nail didn't write me a receipt, and he just took my money directly. The glue spilled over onto my finger so I had to take clippers, and chop off whatever excess I could when I got home. Two more nails broke during that same set; once while taking off my sock, and the other while moving a seat. After that, I got so fed up, and ripped them all off. read more

I come to them all the time! I've usually only dealt with females, but my last time I had a male. He was rude and rough. He told me to wash my hands, so I did and when I was doing so, he followed me to the counter with my money and followed me to pay to made sure I tipped him. He didn't give me the color I asked for nor did he do the shape i asked for. I asked him to cut down my nails and he refused. When I went back in, he stopped doing his costumers nails to see what I wanted. He was angry when I complained. A female fixed my nails and she was super nice! She gave me 20% off my next visit. I recommend a woman, i'm not sexist, but they were better at their job. read more

Wasn't thrilled with the service. The man who did my pedicure/full set was stand-offish and loudly told me that "squoval isn't a shape" and then proceeded to do the quickest, most careless full set I've ever seen. No disrespect to the man, he may have been having an off day. I will not have my nails done at this place again. read more

Horrible, I am 38 weeks pregnant and thought it would be nice to treat myself to a pedicure before baby came. Boy was I wrong. The lady who did my feet cut my heal. Literally took a chunk of skin off and the manager or owner came over and said I had cracked heals.. Bull crap. I was really nice to her about it. They put a band aide on it and still made me pay $35!? Because I had cracked heals.. No way at all that the lady took a chunk of skin off. There is a whole in my heal where skin should be, and still won't stop bleeding! My heal matches my nail polish color on my toes.. Red. I have never in my life had bleeding cracked heals. I mean common curticy would be to offer a free pedi. Or a discount of some kind? Not worth the $35. No. Never again will I go there. read more

Went here and got a gel mani. They were super fast but kind of rude, she really rushed through it. $40.00 which I think is average. I'm not local but I would go back if I was in town again. read more

Only giving 1star just for the fact that my nails were done in under 25 minutes, which seemed suspicious to me. After my nails were done and I was drying them, i realized how uneven the polish was and it was also bumpy. I've been getting my nails done every three weeks for about 4 years and even I could have painted them better. There was polish on my cuticles, under my nails somehow, and also the polish that the nail tech tried to wipe off was just smeared on my finger. Went here because there are no nice nail places in OU that were open yesterday and i should have waited. I am very disappointed. Also all around the salon and on their facebook page, it says any service you get you will be entered in multiple drawings and I was not once offered to be entered in any of them, while the women drying their nails at the same dryer section as me were entered in multiple and given a loyalty card. read more

My nails looked beautiful and I was helped right away without making an appointment. It is a nice atmosphere and everyone was so helpful. The decor is cute and comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that even after paying extra for gel nails, they started chipping a week later. I've gotten my nails done at Walmart before and they lasted over a month. read more

They give people nail fungus!! It's ridiculous! The health department should be notified of this! I know 3 people personally who have had this issue. Disgusting!!!!! read more

They have excellent service. A great place to get nails. They fix any mistakes free. Reasonably priced.

My little sister got her nails done over here. Their service was horrible. The nail technicians were rude to her. Also, their prices were overpriced. read more

I would NOT recommend this nail salon to ANYONE. It was absolutely horrible. The lady cut my toe multiple times, after I asked her to stop because it hurt. My toe would not stop bleeding and I had to go to the doctor. My toe has a HORRIBLE infection and now I am on antibiotics. read more

I went to pretty nails because the nail salon I usually go to was getting ready to close. The guy who did my nails did a TERRIBLE job. Nails weren't even, he was super rough, and very rude! Not even two weeks later my nails fall off trying to lock a door and trying to open a window read more

The service I received was super unprofessional and RUDE! A worker by the name of Sam not only made me feel like I burdened her with the mani/pedi that I received, but it took nearly 3 hours and the nails was not at all what I was wanting. She argued with me about color options and huffed and puffed about everything. Will not return! read more

First off the place is filthy!!! And I went in for an eyebrow wax and the technician was so rude and quick she told me I needed a lip wax as well? Rude! And she spent more time plucking my eyebrows then waxing them, if I wanted to pluck them I'd be doing it myself? Not a good experience at all...I will not be back! read more

Went in for a Mother's Day mani/pedi, the man that did my manicure and pedicure was amazing. He was very attentive, my feet felt so soft and my full set manicure was on point, no sharp edges like I've experienced before at other places. I actually felt pampered. The environment is clean and very friendly. I will go nowhere else! read more

They did a good job... BUT the clinicians that were working on my friend and I were continually speaking in their native language and laughing . I found this to be quite rude, Also the woman that did my pedi was rough and today I have a band aid and Neosporin on my toe.. read more

Unfortunately I wasted my time and money at this place. They overcharge me for my pedicure, because I asked for nail color change and they started doing pedicure and then charge me for the pedicure even though I told him he only wanted a nail color change and I tried to fix it but when I talked to the cashier. When I went up to fix it they were very rude to me and it just kept on repeating the price. I am actually on vacation here in Marietta and I've never experienced such an awkward experience getting my nails done. The gentleman that I think is the manager there was very rude and I recommend to anyone to never go there, it was not a pleasant experience! read more
