I was a walk in. I have never been here before. I was in a seat being worked with within 3 minutes of arriving. Clean and friendly environment. Merrick (sp?) did a great job on my nails. read more

Pretty good at what they do but won't take appointments. This place is terrible with wait times. I waited over an hour after work and almost left. Been going here for years and still not treated like a valuable client. I will go elsewhere and recommend everyone else to follow suit!!!! Update: They laughed at me as I was leaving and joked about how I made a bad review of them. Nope. Definitely not going back. And nails chipped in 2 days. read more

What's a little crowded but nothing to overwhelming. Even though I was a walk in the wait wasting long. Staff were great. Very good at what they do. Professional and respectful. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. read more

Wanted some time with my mom while I was in town so we stopped in to this salon. They have been open for about 4 months so everything is squeaky clean and new! Tons of colors to choose from! Loved my tech he was very nice and talkative. He took his time and the nails turned out perfect! Great place to stop for a quality mani/pedi! read more

Nail Lounge & Spa - Kevin did an awesome job! Highly recommend this place! They are my go to spot! - Nail Salons Near Me - Vienna, West Virginia

Great pedicure, great glitter ombre, good acrylics. Just moved to the area, looking forward to coming back here.

I'm happy with them. But the guy that did my nails barely spoke to me during the whole process. And he didn't tell me that the pink was going to be that pink. I was nervous watching him because of how they were looking at first. Cost me $70 for them.... which was kinda crazy when I'm use to paying $55-$60. The most I've spent on nails ever. read more

I've definitely had less expensive and better quality mani pedis in the city. However, there is something to be said for the interior decor of the salon. It's super chic, clean, and new inside which automatically makes it more appealing than most other salons in the area. There were a couple things that could be improved: 1) The intensity of the foot scraping tool. My tech went HAM on the side of my big toe to the point where it was painful and I had to tell her to stop. Easy there! :) 2) My mom's tech accidentally cut too deep into her cuticle and made her bleed. 3) PRICE$. I can get out with a $55 gel mani & pedi in Scottsdale but end up paying $75 for the same services in WV? With the location and nice interior, improve on these items and this place will be an MOV nail salon DYNASTY read more

Had a delux pedicure and couldn't be happier. The young lady who did my nails was courteous and professional. I had been to a few places in town already and was disappointed by the stafff. This place is just fine and reasonably priced. read more

I always make an appointment but they NEVER run on time. I have waited as long as 45 minutes and this was before Covid. Arrived today for my scheduled appointment. After waiting about 35 minutes, I walked out and went to Elite Nail & Spa which just opened in June across Murdock Ave from the mall (in new shopping area by Home Depot). So glad I didn't wait any longer as I have found my new nail salon! read more

Not sure where to even start other than DO NOT GO HERE! Undoubtedly the worst pedicure I've gotten in my life, and I love love love getting pedicures. I wish I knew the nail technician's name but I do not. Today around noon my best friend and I go in to get pedis, the place was packed so I should have known they would rush our service. 1. The lady cut my big toe cuticle (see photo). She did not apologize or even acknowledge she had done so when she so obviously had to have known, I mean it was bleeding and stung so bad when the acetone hit it. 2. She didn't trim, shape, or smooth the edges of my toes after using the grinder to apply the gel polish, both big toes are extremely sharp and there's polish all over my s3. She didn't use toe dividers, umm what? Is this your first day? 4. She literally dropped the heat lamp gel hardener on my wet toes and didn't bother to start over or attempt to fix the disaster of clumsiness I have now. I get that we were far into the process but COME ON! 5. And I am a very calm and understanding person but she never spoke to me, I'm guessing she didn't have great English but communication is a must, she just smacked my and pointed to things expecting me to read her mind and was clearly frustrated when I didn't understand her. Worst pedicure ever. Posting a 2nd photo my of toe, 5 days later, large scab. read more

I had only been to the nail salon in the mall and wanted to try another salon out because I just wasn't happy with the results I was getting. I walked in and immediately was taken to a station and greeted with a nail technician who did an excellent job and took extra time and care to give me the best manicure of my life! My nails are so beautiful and I will definitely only go back there. They are a bit more pricey but it is worth it due to the attention they take to perfect your nails. All of the technicians were happy and laughing the whole time and just enjoying the time they spent at their jobs which made it even more of a enjoyable experience. I can not wait to go back! read more

I had a gel deluxe spa pedicure by Tim & he did a wonderful job, took his time in doing it right & making sure I was happy, very friendly! I had a gel manicure by a different tech & she did a nice job as well. It was $101-$1 for using a credit card machine FYI. There is no place on the receipt for a tip so bring cash or tell them the amount with a tip as I did not know this. A bit more pricey than other places but it was a very nice salon with 300 colors to pick from & they did a good job. I would recommend an appointment as they get busy right after they open if you don't want to wait. I will be going back! read more

Beautiful decor on the inside. Prices here are outrageous though. My friend and I were charged different prices for a full set of acrylics (just one solid color each) and the couple times I have gone they have told me a full would be $25 or sometimes they said $40...for a fill?! $40?! Lots of employees and seating but over an hour wait. read more

Worst place I've ever been they rushed the whole time & when I asked a simple question just bc I thought maybe they forgot, they acted like smartasses and treated me like I was dumb. Will never be going back. And do not recommend at all! read more

Rude technician, didn't take her time, was on phone while toes were drying, didn't let me know when to go. When I looked over and gave a thumbs up to ask if I was ready, she 'shooed' me away. I could have easily given myself a better 'basic' mani and pedi! Does not look professionally done. Will not be back. read more

My mother and I had pedicures here today. Anna and Huyen did a fabulous job. Will definitely come back.

They fixed my nails after being messed up by Nail City and were great with my three year old niece. A little on the expensive side but all in all a good girls day. read more

Okay so i use to go to nail lounge i would say about a year and a half ago and loved it! now it seems to be under new management and the service there is awful!!! I only get dip manicure and i once waited 35 minutes to get started and they were letting people that got there after me go! Now the last three times i've gotten my nails don't they chip off the next day!!!! SO ANNOYING! the current ones i have rn are so chipped up it's ridiculous!! read more

Would not honor gift cards!!! I had $125 in gift cards that this salon would not honor! My young daughters and I were in a friends wedding and as a gift, we received gift cards to this salon. When we went to the salon to use them, we were told that the gift cards are expired because they are under new management!!! Wow!!! Would leave zero stars if at all possible. Absolutely terrible!! read more

I'm not sure what happened to this place but the service is terrible now. I had paid for a luxury pedicure with cats eye gel polish. I did not get this service. This place is going down hill fast and I will not back. I paid for 3 pedicures well over 230.00. I sat there and watched a guy do the cat's eye polish. They had a new lady that was doing mine and she had no clue about a luxury pedicure or the cat's eye polish. Never again! I complained they tried to fix it but it still looked terrible. I received no compensation and still had to pay full price. Stay Away! read more

I have had mani/pedis at other places so I know what to expect, the lady that did my pedicure was so rude and I paid extra for a package that was supposed to make my heels soft. Unfortunately my feet felt no different. A man did my full set and he rushed the whole time, and the acrylic was uneven. Highly disappointed! I do not recommend Nail Lounge & Spa. read more

I love this service just one suggestion if the ladies especially the ones doing the pedicures could make sure their top is high enough that we don't have to stare at their boobs our entire experience, would be appreciated read more
