This is a very nice, clean, and friendly nail salon. I walked in (they accept appointments) for a pedicure and they could see me immediately. I selected a pedicure with the lavender scrub and it was wonderful. The presentation of the scrub was beautiful and smelled so good. I have been getting pedicures here for at least 5 years. They are always very nice and do a great job! I try to make appointments when possible. I walked in one day, without an appointment, and saw they were very busy. I went back out the door and got into my car. One of the ladies came out and asked what I needed. I told her I wanted a pedicure, but would make an appointment for another day. I was not upset in any way. She told me to come back in and got to me within 5 minutes! Had an appointment early in the morning my nail tech was late (I get things happen) but she didn't say a single thing. Went in for a pink & white ombré poly gel. We were on the two hour mark so I told her just to leave them pink I was in a rush to leave (because I was unaware it took two hours) so I didn't even really look at my nails until I left. One hand was longer than the other. They were shaved down right so they look bulky and uneven. The shape varied from nail to nail. Week later they all have now lifted pretty bad. They usually do an alright job but this last time I left extremely unsatisfied. I came in to get a fill on my acrylics and the end result was uneven and had dents in the gel polish they used. The staff was delightful and polite, and the polish selection was Great! Their salon is gorgeous, clean and inviting and the pedicure was Devine! We did the green tea deluxe pedi and it included foot soak, nail trim and callus scraping, sea salt scrub, warm oil, lavish lotion foot and leg massage, then paraffin wax. I called to make an appointment with a specific nail specialist. When I got to my appointment I was a few minutes early and I said who I was and then I had an appointment with so-and-so. Well actually it was kim. So the other girl came forward told me to sit down and she proceeded to remove or start to remove my old nail polish ask me what I wanted to do and I said that I wanted to have a color dip. And she asked me why I wanted that and I said well I thought it would be better for my nails and get rid of some of the acrylics for a while. So she said okay I'll show you the colors. Well then she got to taking off everything and and using her little buzz brush to clean everything up and pretty soon she's putting some powder on to my nails and I said well what's this and she said oh this is acrylic powder. And I said well that's not what I wanted and she said well this is better for your nails. So at that point I realized I would have to select a nail color so I decided I wanted French nails. And when I went to select the base color she said oh no no you can't have that and I said why and she said well it's too white. and I said I kind of argued with her I said well I didn't think it was too white and that's what I wanted and she pointed to another color and she said you could have this one and I said I don't want that one I want this first one I picked out so anyway she ultimately ended up giving it to me but I was just disgusted that first of all I didn't get the stylist that I wanted and secondly the one that I did got was argumentative and frankly I don't think she did as good a job as Kim read more

I was treated like a common criminal. Went in for the simplest of all nail services, just a color pedicure without the massage or cuticle treatment. Asked to change the color once because it didn't look good on my feet, then asked to have it redone completely because the quality of the finished service was not at all what I'm used to. Leftover smears from my previous color that was supposed to have been removed was all over the sides of my toes. Rough edging and uneven finished look, not professional at all. This was done by an unhappy looking employee in less than three minutes. I was apalled. When I asked the manager to have this redone she told me to either pay or she's calling the cops. There was not the slightest negotiation. Sure enough a cop showed up. It is not in my nature to not pay for a service, but I was also assaulted by this woman who calls herself the manager. I was forcefully grabbed by the elbow and pushed toward the door. I am not in the business of filing police reports over petty matters, this was a complete shock to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality service and decent human treatment. God help her run that business, she'll need it. read more

I have gone here once before and it was okay. I decided to try again today to get a fill. I walked in and they said they had time for my sister and I. They were rushed the entire time. When it was time to get my design it was uneven and extremely rushed. I went to pay and they tried to charge me the same amount as my sister who got a full set with a design and several colors. When I asked why the prices were the same a laminated paper was practically forced in my face. I was so upset I didn't even look at it, paid and walked out. I happened to tell them that all my nails broke this time and wasn't sure if it was the polish or they were filed down too much and immediately with obstinance and told I worked with my nails too hard and all they did was put on the polish. Bait and switch at the the finest I had an appointment sat down ( I am here visiting from out of state) she takes one look at my nails and says I never did your nails before... ok I said that I don't live here but had come at the end of last year and the lady that did my nails did a nice job. so anyway she gives me two different prices. I selected the $55 price which to me was a lot crazy but I did it anyway. Made a comment about one of the white tip was crooked ( oneside was thicker than the other) she rudely said its not me it you your finger crooked not my fault.. when i tried to express/explain I saw it was just going to be ugly so I stopped. when I got ready to pay I was charged $70. the gentleman that was cashier was the same one that sat just 2 seat down from where I was sitting and he heard the conversation as he interjected comments from the very beginning about me being at the wrong place...hum I have an appointment correct? yes then how could i be at the wrong place? WHen I tried to discuss the upcharge he took a paper that was laminated and flipped it over and pointed to something that "showed/allowed" him to change the price when I tried to talk to them then all of a sudden they could only speak Chinese. They are extremely rude and they don't seem to care. These were not the same people as when I was in their at the end of last year ... I would go without before going or recommending this place to anyone. I wish you could leave a zero star for this company. My best friend and I have been going every two weeks to Pretty Nails and love the job they do. We call most of the time the day before, but if we forget we just get there when they first open and they take us right in. There prices are really competitive, and most of the workers speak English. The owner is not the same as in 2014, this is all one family working there. They keep and fill out an appointment book as people walk in to fulfill everybody's needs. Small town, limited resources for beauty treatments.... Let me just say that to start. I stopped into Pretty Nails on Saturday to get a gel polish change on my toes and a manicure. The guy at the front told me they had two people out and that I could come back in 3 hours. I told him that didn't work for my schedule and that I would come back Monday. So I walk in today, the same guy asks me what I need, I tell him the same thing as I told him Saturday. He says "we can't do gel on toes". I replied why didn't you tell me you don't offer this service on Saturday when I was here ?" ... Crickets... I said ok well I guess I'll just take regular polish then. He replies with come back in two hours. Twice I've tried to give this place my business and twice they are understaffed. If you are desperate for a service, call ahead and make an appointment. This place is not one you can expect to stop by on the fly! read more

They will tell you th4 of they are busy only 4 of them working at the time but you can come back in 2 hours and they will get u right in........well this will not happen because they have taken other walk-ins and now they are just to get you in because all these other ladies are waiting! I had a regular manicure on Monday and all the polish "fell" off within 19 hours. I called to complain and was told they do not guarantee regular polish. I am sure the polish fell off because he used too much oil on my hands and never washed it off. He only used a hot towel to clean off the oil so therefore the polish would not adhere.
