He was suggested to me by a friend, and he definitely went above and beyond. He made the situation easy to navigate, and I didn't have to do much work outside of signing a few forms. He was easy to communicate with, was diligent with his investigation into my case, and held the insurance company accountable. I will for sure use him again! read more

I had a not so easy case for an accident. I struggled to find a lawyer to even look at the case seriously but Robert stood up to the challenge. He put in a lot of hard work and actually went to bat for me without knowing if we would win. His hard work paid ofd when we ended up coming out the victors. He really stands up for the little guy against insurance companies and I really couldn't recommend him enough. Very appreciative of all the hard work he put it read more

Robert is easy to work with. He will travel to meet you at home or email your documents so you don't have to go to his office or travel if you are limited. He kept me informed and kept MY best interest first and foremost and I received a better settlement than I expected. Years ago I went to one of those law firms that advertises on tv and was disappointed I wish I knew about Robert back then. read more

Attorney Robert Pretto is an experienced and determined advocate for his clients. While working with him, he had good communication, good follow through, and was very thorough while handling our case. He was relatable and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the complicated litigation process. He was willing to be flexible and accommodating while scheduling meetings with us. He worked hard to get us a fair settlement for our case. We highly recommend his services for accident litigation. read more

I cannot say enough poor things about this office and Katherine Koepsell as an attorney. My Dad…read moreinitially had a last will and testament drawn up there. As he later wanted to change it, they took his time and his money and drafted a new last will and testament that NOTHING even close to what he had asked for. Then, although he asked her to not draft another last will and testament until we had a meeting, she went ahead and did so anyway. We then scheduled what ended up being an hour long call with Katherine Koepsell and she was rude, short, and difficult to deal with the entire time to my kind, and thoughtful elderly dad. They had no problem sending him. a bill for almost a thousand dollars, even though no document that what was what he requesting was ever produced. In the end, he ended up having to shred his last will and testament and died intestate. So now because of their incompetence we are going through the stress of probate. Stay away from this firm and especially Katherine Koepsell, they are incompetent, extremely rude, and care nothing about their clients. It's really a shame that they are in business. I cannot more highly recommend going anywhere by here.

When i finally found Mr.Pretto I was turned down by many diffrent attorneys. Many of witch would not barley talk to me on the phone, let alone meet me in person. When i had called he set up an apt to meet with me in person right as soon as possible. He put me at ease and made sure that I understood each step and what may or may not happen. He is honest and truthful, he also does not beat around the bush he tells you like it is. I will recommend him to anyone that feels they are a lost cause. read more

I ended up with a better settlement than i would have agreed to with the insurance co. had then been fair with me. Bob is very likeable and was easy to work with. read more
