I was referred to EB by a resume writer who I reached out to first because this is my first time working with resume writers and career counselors. The resume writer suggested that I work with a career counselor to figure out what I truly want to do first before utilizing his services. Reason number one I'd recommend EB is because she associates herself with good people. Reason number two, is while EB has the interpersonal skills to work with extroverts and introverts alike, if you are an introvert like myself you will feel very comfortable working with a fellow introvert. Reason number three, is I told her what I want to do and she suggested real honest ways to help me work towards those aspirations. I was a few months into my job search. I was getting quick responses from several companies just based on my resume which was encouraging. I'd talk to the recruiter and they'd quickly pass me onto the next stage (interviews with the lead or team). I always felt they went well but didn't materialize into an offer.
