Don't forget to look upstairs too. This place is dangerously close to my work AND my house (sort of halfway in between, so I'll be stopping in frequently for new items. The prices were really reasonable for what they had, and the manager, Sydney, was a delight to chat with. She said they've been open for about a year and a half. I went to Harrow WEM to return two t-shirts. I misplaced my receipt, but could prove I bought these…read moreitems here from my Visa statement. The clerk would not give me a store credit saying it was a Saturday (no one was in the store) and they were busy??? She called the manager and I got the runaround. They said to email the manager. Ultimately, there was nothing they could do??? You would think with the cost of acquiring a customer they would be more accommodating. I still have the tags on my shirts and could prove with my bank statement I purchased these items here. I will not shop here again.
