They sell the usual range of Subway rolls and salads, where you choose the type of bread you want and the filling, salad, dressing, etc. They do meal deals which also include a drink and either crisps or a cookie. There is limited seating inside and it can sometimes get quite busy. Gunwharf Quays has a large pay car park, and is within easy walking distance of Portsmouth Harbour station and The Hard bus and coach interchange.

This store is located just outside of the town centre, on a road with a couple of other sandwich shops. It has been there a while so they must be able to compete successfully with the others. As it is located in the vicinity of the University it is very popular with the students. The University gym is situated just around the corner and it is very tempting walking past the shop on your way home from a workout.
