This guy cannot think strategically at all and his brain works on randoms details. He did not know the judge we were assigned to and could not communicate to him in a manner that Judge could understand. His understanding of Business matters is poor and he could not communicate the issues involved in valuing a business or anything complex regarding assets. He was unorganized and refused to make outlines for court presentations and just shot from the hip each day - What a mess!! He does not prepare any of his own law and motion and just presented his underlings work in court without really knowing the issues. His law and motion guy was good and I requested that he take over the trial but Jason refused to stand aside and continued to bumble. Find someone else!

I worked with Saul Gelbart with assistance from Doug Hatherley. Prior to Saul, I was in a divorce…read morewith a very difficult person and the case was out of control and expenses were piling up. After much research, I switched to Saul based on a professional recommendation. Saul went to work and had an immediate impact on cleaning up the mess. Saul brought such a level of professionalism to the case that I had always hoped for. Issues were not allowed to spiral out of control. One of the things i learned in this process is that most lawyers are not good in a court room situation. They do not know what to say or do. Most lawyers seem to encourage on the back-and-forth spousal arguments that generate fees but go no where, and they hope to settle prior to court. Saul was a master in the courtroom. He was fully prepared to the point of scripting out his approach. He knew the rules. He worked the courtroom like a skilled conductor of an orchestra. Saul brought order and sanity to my case. The days we had in court, we won the battle of the day, and this, along with Saul's brilliance and attention to detail and strategy, lead to driving the other side to settle. I can't thank Saul and SGSB enough. Saul is a Fellow in the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and I can clearly see why. I would highly recommend Saul and his team. Saul, thank you.

I retained Aghnami Law Group as my attorneys to assist me with my case, and they made the entire process so much easier. They explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. They helped get my car repaired in a timely manner, arranged a rental while my car was at the body shop, and helped me get reimbursed for my out-of-pocket expenses. They also made sure I received the necessary medical treatment without having to pay anything out of pocket. They were able to get the full available insurance money from the other driver's insurance and then obtained additional compensation from my own insurance as well. My case settled in a timely manner for an amount that was substantially higher than I expected. I am extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend Aghnami Law Group to anyone who has been involved in a car accident.

Divorce is like setting your house on fire and then arguing about who gets the smoke. It's…read moreexpensive, emotional, and suddenly everyone you've ever met becomes a legal expert. That's when I hired Jennifer Posey and Associates. First thing Jennifer did? She protected me... from me. Which, frankly, was the most dangerous person in the room. She kept me from making emotional, chest-thumping, "I'll-show-them" decisions that feel great for 12 minutes and cost you for 12 years. She listened. Really listened. Then she gave me information -- not hype, not fear, not drama -- just the facts. Pros. Cons. Reality. She silenced the outside noise so I could actually think. I came in with boundaries. I had my Alamo -- the things I was not willing to lose. Then I had the outer wall -- the things I'd fight for, but wasn't willing to die on. I wanted fair and equitable. No malice. No revenge tour. The kids' mom was, is, and always will be their mom -- and she deserved to be treated with respect. At the end of the day, I needed to sleep with peace in my heart. Jennifer promised she'd protect me from myself, keep me from making stupid emotional decisions, be honest -- even when it wasn't convenient -- and walk me through the pros and cons of every major choice. She did exactly that. Her staff? Friendly. Kind. Professional. They answered the phone or called back quickly. They followed through. It felt less like calling a law office and more like calling people who actually had your back. Here's the truth nobody wants to admit: Divorce is ugly. It changes people. Attorneys are expensive. The system in California can make you question your faith in humanity. And the outside noise? Deafening. You need a quarterback. Jennifer Posey is that quarterback. Calm in the chaos. Strategic. Honest. And when you're about to throw an emotional Hail Mary into triple coverage, she calls a timeout. If you want drama, hire someone else. If you want steady, smart, and fair -- hire Jennifer Posey and Associates. I walked away with what mattered, my integrity intact, and the ability to sleep at night. That's worth everything.

This firm is professional and flexible and focused on outcomes. They are not the cheapest, but ask yourself, do I want this resolved? If that's your true aim, hire them. Mine was a long a painful road due to the opposing party and their lack of response, but Boyd was there consistently. Mr. Cadwell did an AMAZING job in court and had no issues going toe-to-toe with the Sacramento judge on the applicable law, the previous orders and the merits of the current case to ultimately prevail. His experience in court was masterful and a sight I won't forget. He and his team worked to get this done.

I hired Boyd Law for a single Request for Order regarding my adult daughter's support arrears and…read moreattorney's fees. The total bill came to approximately $18,000. At the hearing where I appeared alone, because I could no longer afford to keep paying for representation, the judge described that amount as the most outrageous fee she had ever heard for a single RFO, and awarded me $0 in fees. She embarrassed and humiliated me by speaking about it over and over again. After the hearing, I raised these concerns directly with the firm. Matthew Cadwell reviewed the billing and told me the time spent was in line with what he'd seen in other matters, but acknowledged there was some time they could credit back. He offered a $500 courtesy credit, which I accepted. That was over a week ago. I've heard nothing since, and the credit was never processed. I also want to note that it was my attorney at the firm who told me, partway through this case, that I should go forward on my own rather than continue paying, since their continued involvement wouldn't necessarily change the outcome and he could not guarantee attorney's fees would be recovered. So when Matthew later suggested the result might have been different if the firm had been present at the hearing, that was hard to hear relative to what I had already been told by my attorney. For five months, my ex-husband contributed nothing toward our daughter's support. I paid this firm roughly $18,000 to get one court order, for which he still hasn't complied with the payment schedule on time, and hasn't complied with a second order to disclose trust information either. I liquidated retirement funds, incurred tax penalties, and took on credit card debt to cover the gap in the meantime. this entire experience has been nothing short of awful, and yet I believe I was doing the only thing available to me since nothing else I tried had worked. I can't recommend this firm due to all that has transpired. I am left feeling angry, disappointed, and embarrassed by all that transpired.
