That on his return she did not tell him was next day, was not "imperative" it had to be there the next day. Really?? I did not use the word imperative to the employee, I guess the fact that I paid for next day delivery would imply Imperative, right?? When I asked for refund, he agreed.....IF I come back from Dayton to his store and he can only then look up the receipt to credit the card back. Bottom line is her error is HIS fault for poor training, for his lack of follow through when he returned. Better off taking packages to FedEx, USPS direct if "Impertive" it gets there on time.
