If you don't already know, Southern Tide makes the best polo shirt on the market. The best part about this store is the service. They know what they're along about here. They also go out of their way to carry cool stuff you've never heard of before. The store reminds me of what the original Abercrombie & Fitch Outfitter stores were like. Months ago they closed an entire side of their self checkouts down, and I'm not sure how long it's been now but just realized today they shut down another 3 self checkouts on the other entrance side. Instead of they have about 5 or more workers just standing at the end of each checkout aisle (even non-self checkouts) holding a phone and I assume making sure no one is stealing. What a wasted position. This place is a circus. Our checkout lane was DIRTY. The screen was covered in sticky filth making checkout annoying. A worker cut in front of 3 of us ever so blatantly.

From the onset of our conversations Jim was patient, and listened to my concerns. When I say patient, it took me 9 months to finally send a few pairs to him. He communicated throughout the entire process, and had all four pairs done within a week! The mirror soles are perfect on each pair, and he even shined them too! I hadn't realized how dull the booties had become until I unboxed them when they got home. I'm delighted to say that the work Jim did was impeccable. The toe plates fit perfectly and are flush with the sole in both depth and extent. The sole protector wasn't simply stuck on on but rather dovetailed with the sole. As a further bonus the shoes were packed with great care to withstand the rigors of transit ;-) and returned to me less than two weeks from shipment to Florida. Highest recommendation.
