Just before Easter my wife our two young grandchildren and myself were due to go away in our touring caravan I had booked my annual caravan services. This is a guy who I have used for many years and is very thorough and gives a good service at a good price. At the end of the service he highlighted both of the caravan tyres were beginning to crack on the outer walls and becoming dangerous. He does not do caravan tyres but he recommended a guy called Ian who he said was very good and always managed to supply and fit tyres very quickly. This was just 2 days before we were due to go away, I rang Ian and he said it wouldn't be a problem fitting the next day but it may be early evening before he could get to me which was fine by me. He arrived at 6.00pm it was going dark but he had all the kit to work in the dark. Within an hour of him arriving he had replaced the tyres and all at a very reasonable price. I can thoroughly recommend Ian and his business he goes that extra mile to help others out of what could have been a cancelled holiday and two very sad grandchildren but I need not have worried. I have passed his details on to all my caravan friends. I will be using his services in the future for my car as well as caravan.
