Not sure how this company is still in business... I had to…read morework with SourceOne at my old job and they were terrible. Every single week they would screw up our payroll. Unknowledgeable, lacked basic customer service skills, and lacked in communication (BIG time). Mary Jane had an attitude with me from the start, so I stopped contacting her and got assigned to Jesse, whom was also useless. Fun fact: when you go to their office, they have all these signs posted that you must wear a mask and follow California state regulations due to covid but when I walked inside they ALL were not wearing a mask, dressed unprofessional, and treated me like I was not welcomed there. My suggestion: don't bother with SourceOne Payroll; they're a joke.

We've been using this company for taxes for a couple years now. When we first looked at our books, we thought we'd owe a considerable amount. However Austin called us earlier this month and informed us that instead we'd be getting a considerable amount BACK!!! What a surprise! Customer service is great and very professional. The whole experience was beyond what we could have hoped for! (Extremely helpful and obviously very knowledgeable! Yay for unexpected tax returns!) Thanks to everyone who helped with our account! Highly recommend this group for small businesses.

Well, it did happen today! When I got to my appointment, I prepared everything down to the minimum detail for Mr. Thomas, as instructed by him last year when we first met. He clearly mentioned last year to be very specific about details for my tax return, given the complexity. Last year, he gave me the impression of being a nice and kind person, who was really happy to help. I provided my package to the front desk lady, with the recommendation not to disrupt the order when making copies. When I entered the office, my package was in a mess, and I had to explain where the essential stuff was. I had made all calculations for Mr. Thomas, he just had to plug in the numbers, and I had preserved all related activities and receipts to my 1099s to facilitate any further reading, if required. The individual literally exploded at a certain point with the above words, and kicked me out. It's funny that I was filing for a large income, and this guy just literally said it was too much work. I would have been happy to pay a great fee for his work, but he decided to show me the door instead. Well done Mr. Thomas! I'll put out great words about this place...
