I appreciate the prompt responses from the desk agent. It's a really good sign they want to provide excellent service. I showed up early to my apt, and Mason, by chance, was able to see me right away. Overall, good experience. Mason met me right away and was polite and friendly. His dog is on site so be sure to knock on the door before you enter so there's no surprises. My tax situation was simple enough that we were able to do my taxes in about an hour. Be sure to come with your documents and understand your tax situation to make it easier on yourself. He eFiled for me and responded to my follow-up emails. Like anything in life, be sure to proof-read your return to make sure it is correct. I took mine home and gave a look. His fees were within the market average and I think are more affordable than the big name tax preparation services. I really liked the special attention. He gave me special attention as an individual tax filer. I felt like a appreciated guest rather than just a client. it was really a good deal for my situation. He takes credit cards as one form of payment method but does others, too. His office is in the 2nd floor in suite T. There were stairs, but I don't know if there's an elevator on site. Looked him up on yelp. Based on the reviews, I gave him a shot. His office space is super clean, spacious, and has a waiting area with a TV with comfortable couches . His sweet dog even comes out and greets you. The room where he helps you is closed off from the rest of the workspace. So any information spoken about is private. People in the waiting area cannot hear any personal information. Overall, we were definitely happy with our experience. We will definitely be coming back next year. So many wonderful things to say about AV tax professionals, but let's start off with how amazing the receptionist who makes the appointment is. She is so kind sweet and attentive. I missed my appointment because I had food poisoning so I called to rescheduled and she was able to give me a next day appointment a few days before April 15, which is the dead line for filing your taxes. The day of my rescheduled appointment she called me to confirm the scheduled appointment and also to check in on how I was doing, which was honestly very nice of her. Mason, the tax prepare is extremely knowledgeable. I felt he explained everything thoroughly and gave me different options. Even though the appointment was 30 minutes, he ended up pushing one of his scheduled appointments back so that we could finish filing my taxes so I was very relaxed and the appointment didn't feel rushed at all. He definitely took his time with me. The office is very clean the environment feels great.
