It took this man 3 times to get it right , the first time taking over 2 weeks. There were bubbles so I had to go back a second time to have the bubbles corrected.... Another week. Then a THIRD time because there were bubbles again. He offered to come to my house to do it but only because I was going to take him to court for a refund. The third time has been successful, but here is the kicker ... he contacted me a year later and wanted to do a check up on his work, so I agreed and came all the way back he did his check around the car , maybe washed it , I don't recall now, but then tried to charge me for the visit , like $200 I think. I refused to pay and left .... I would NEVER go back to him or his shop for anything ! I paid $30 for an exterior hand wash only to find the job was incomplete and poorly done. After the wash, there was still bird droppings on my car, along with other noticeable markings that were completely untouched. The wash itself seemed to have done more harm than good, as my car was left with noticeable swirl marks, likely from using dirty or old wash mitts. and missed the middle of my roof since it was still dirty. To top it all off, the "wheel dressing" was barely applied to the tires, with several spots completely missed. When I returned the very next day to point out these issues, I was shocked by the response. The old hag lady who came out was dismissive and told me I'd have to pay the full price again to have anything fixed. Save your money and go somewhere else that takes pride in their work. The 4Runner received a full interior and exterior detail, and it looks better than it has in years. The interior is spotless, and the exterior had a fresh, clean finish that I honestly wasn't expecting from a vehicle its age. For my GR Corolla, Luis did a hand wash and ceramic coating, and the car came out looking incredible - deep shine, smooth finish, and clearly done with care. As someone unused to having a new car, I feel so much better about the paint protection. Best of all is Luis himself. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. One of the cars couldn't be finished in a single day (my fault not Luis'), and without hesitation Luis arranged to come back later to make sure everything was completed properly.
