He suggested a 'spray stucco' that would not disturb the present pattern. I was hesitant to 'spray', so we called the man who did our ORIGINAL job and asked about doing yet ANOTHER 'hand trowel' stucco. He informed me that you only hand trowel a pattern, ONCE. After that, you spray the stucco if needed. He asked me who I contacted to spray the stucco. As it turned out, Victor had worked for him for a number of years and got a great recommendation from him! :D He did a wonderful job, and although he did not carry the color we wanted, he told us where to order it and it came out great! He is honest, friendly and very knowledgable about painting, including preparation, product and application. He listened to us and made helpful suggestions during the discussions about painting the exterior of our house. His estimate was one of three but his was the only one that included sufficient detail and explanation that convinced us that he understood not just what we wanted but what he was getting into with this job. He personally took charge of the contract signing and payments. We feel we received great value for the price. Prime Painting's experienced crew took direction from Mr. Arias and, under his leadership and guidance, they worked side by side with him performing prep work including power washing stucco and patching damaged siding, before launching into the spray painting followed by the detailed hand painting. Communication was very open and timely. Despite, several interruptions by rain followed by some drying out time, the job was completed close to the schedule. Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time.

Ours is a simple and quaint mountain house that has been in our family for over 50 years. My wife…read moreand I inherited the property after my mother passed away a couple of years ago. We had big plans to upgrade and renew the house and yard and knew for us this would be a labor of love. And so started our search for just the right contractor who could approach the task with the same care and passion that we both share for the property. Not an easy task. Well, after more than a dozen walk-throughs and subsequent quotes from other construction companies, we decided on Xiomara and Ercides of Sandoval & Coreas Construction. This turned out to be the best decision we ever made. As a team, they can't be beat. After walking the property together, I was convinced they could do fixes the other companies were uncomfortably confused about and/or couldn't achieve. Ercides would take a moment, think a problem through, and smile a bit as he described what would turn out to be a brilliant and effective solution. The best feeling was knowing we were in such good hands and that they would treat our home as if it were their own. Ercides, with his excellent craftmanship, built a 13' octagon gazebo with a 14' platform, constructed a beautiful and sturdy 32' x 12' outside deck with railings and gates, installed an air conditioner, a toilet, and a new shed door & frame. He replaced and installed new roofing, painted the house exterior and trim, designed a 50' rock path from the house to the river as well as built a 100' ramp from the top of the hill parking area to the front door porch. All of the work was done efficiently, promptly, diligently and professionally. Ercides and his wife Xiomare are not just honest, reliable, and hardworking people but their pricing was extremely fair, their communication consistent, and they happen to be two of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure of working with and knowing.
