She contacted live scan and they said the number the operator put on my form does not match the ATI or MAILCODE and they cannot give out the information. I needed to get fingerprints done, and I went here instead of the place my work recommended because…read moreit is closer to home, and I wanted to support them. It cost about $20 more here than the place I was originally recommended. However, my fingerprints were rejected for not being done properly. Even though I paid out of pocket, I thought it would be fine because getting my prints redone for a service I already paid for would be a simple matter. I was wrong. I went in and showed them the fingerprint rejection form, which specifically states that the print were done improperly, and requested that they take them again. They wanted to charge me the full price again for the prints to be redone. My only other option was to pay again to have them done somewhere else, which is what I'm going to have to do now. Please be aware that going here may be a waste of your time and money.
