Asked for a quote for a 12'x12' patio in September and they came back with a $2,650. Our builder poured a 9'x12' patio earlier in the year with four foot footings for $1,200.
The only thing I can take away from the quote is that either they didn't want to do the job or there is price gouging this time of year.
