KNOXVILLE AREA MOST…read moreincompetent company my mom had the misfortune to use instead a a public senior busing company. Two 800#s and no one could apparently use the computer correctly as both computers were linked. In addition, she called to confirm two days in advance exactly so she would be stressed about about the transportation to and fro but that didn't happen. One # got the address wrong (or they couldn't read the screen) and she corrected that so just to make sure the person showed up at the right address 15 minutes after they were supposed to show. Then the driver didn't have a mask on when all was advised when in the car to wear a cloth mask. Procedure was done and the doctor's office called in advance when I would be ready. One department didn't know I was going to be picked up apparently or maybe they didn't FEEL like showing up. My mom waited for over an hour and a half after the procedure, all to no avail. Finally she got a company that was in the area to take her back home and she paid them $20.00. It was bad enough she was upset about the procedure, then the stress added to not knowing who was going to do what and countless phone calls in the morning and 2 in the afternoon was simply HORRIBLE. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Two weeks ago she contacted her health care company...they didn't forward any information to the transport company so she again had to do all the work and for their incompetency she no longer has to sit back and await her reimbursement, she has to fill out a form along with the doctor's office when the transport company, when notified that she wasn't picked up, should have called HER, profusely apologized and sent her the money. Disgusting outfit! Do yourself a favor if you need a driver. Contact the local senior busing--Knoxville has two--and they will pick you up at the designated time. I hear they are more competent but you may havde to sit on the bus for a while as they pick up people so they may not take you directly back to your residence, but within a few hours, YOU WILL be back home. Not like what happened to my mom.

This is the only way that I can get her anywhere she has to go until she heals. I have used them for two trips and I couldn't be happier with their service. All the drivers have been so friendly and have take extra special care of my Mom. They try to make sure that the ride is not very bumpy which puts her in pain. They speak to her with respect and want to make sure that she is comfortable. I will continue to use them as long as needed and refer them to others who could use their services.

I tried to explain to him that his language was inappropriate for the business setting. He hung up on me. Then when I called him back. He stated I needed to get past it. These kind folks take me from my home to dialysis 3 time a week. 95% of the time I get the same…read morecrew and I like that-familiarity. 98% of the time they are early (they wait in the rig). They are extremely kind and are constantly asking if I'm comfortable and are keenly aware of my medical conditions that require special handling. It's hard to pinpoint the late pickup issue. Is it that the dialysis center isn't giving them a "heads up"? Or they are over booked? 75% of the time they arrive within 7-10 minutes of my being ready to go. The other 25% of the time I've waited as much as an hour. I've also use them to go to medical testing at the hospital and to doctors appointments. While these events are scarce it's comforting to know that with PLANNING and contacting dispatch with as much advanced notice as possible they can work with you.
