Ms. Yessi, his speech therapist, has been patient, encouraging, and extremely skilled at helping him find his voice with confidence. We have been receiving feedback from school and family on his ability to hold conversations and maintain eye contact--something we once thought would never happen. Our son struggled with transitions, but when Ms. Tiffany, his Occupational therapist, entered his life, everything changed. She has played a vital role in helping him manage sensory sensitivities, improve hand strength, and develop coordination in and out of school. She meets him where he is, turning therapy into play, and celebrates every win, big or small, with us. Thanks to her, daily routines have become more manageable, and he is thriving both at school and at home. His ABA and teachers have been able to turn challenges into achievable goals with Ivy and her team. We are very lucky to have them on our journey and wholeheartedly recommend them to any family walking this path.

Administrator tends to answer calls or questions which is great, it makes me feel concerns are truly being heard. I recommended this agency to my uncle whose son is completely nonverbal autistic. The aide that assisted with him was experienced and absolutely amazing, Magaly was her name. The level of experience she presented showed me that the Agency thoroughly vets each aide and that they follow all guidelines and rules set down by the Health Care Administration. A big point that definitely convinced me and my uncle was that they conducted an initial visit with my cousin and his parents in order to assess and understand better the needs/wants of my cousin.

I lucked out with chosing Dr. Ficara! I typically ask for referrals but I "blindly" chose Dr…read more Ficara off my health insurance provider list. I did something to my neck over the weekend which caused a 24/7 headache and pain that pulled from between my shoulder blades, to my neck to the head. Since I was newly pregnant, I wasn't taking any ibuprofin, excedrin, etc. I called first thing Monday morning and he fit me in for the following morning. He made me feel comfortable immediately, listened intently and was able to hone in on the problem with his fingertips immediately. He also described, in detail with a skeleton & some diagrams, what was causing the pain. I really appreciated learning what was actually causing the problem. Throughout the treatment, he would also tell me what he was doing...which continued to show his thoroughness and ability to help the patient feel at ease. The best part is I had immediate relief!! He gives you "homework", that is, he will show you a few exercises you should do to maintain treatment before your next appointment. I saw him 2x a week for 1 or 2 weeks then tapered to once a week for a few weeks. When I tweaked my neck again, I, without hesitation, was back in his office. I also had peace of mind knowing he had 20 years experience as a chiropractor and I was not surprised to learn, he was a science teacher prior to his Chiropractic career. He loves science and teaching which suits him very well in his chosen path to help patients. Finally, he has a great bedside manner which in these stressful times and when you are in pain, is just nice to have when you are being treated under a Dr's care. I would, without any hesitation, highly recommend Dr. Ficara to any patient.

It started with the initial response, they got back to me in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable. I liked that if they didn't have an immediate answer they followed up, in the past with other places I felt like I was over promised because they didn't have an answer. This was not the case with Ali and Josh, they did exactly what they said and followed through with everything. Placement was great and the staff members cared for my family member. I love giving out their contact info because I know for a fact that they are the best in what they do! Care giving isn't something that is easy but the staff members at AHHCA are super respectful and are incredibly professional. You can tell that they have been week trained and take pride in their work.
