She will blame you for not following her after care instruction or because of your skin, or you dont have a patient. I have a permanent make up eyebrows (microblading) for 5 years and I was very, very happy with my previous technician. But her salon is very busy, and you cant shedule apoitment with her on the next day. I am very busy mom with 2 small kids and I cant wait for a month to get refresh for my eyebrows. So I find Tia on Facebook. She was promoted her Facebook page. I am explaining her my situation. What I already have my permanent make up and its was done 2 years ago, I need to do refresh and maybe do a little bit thicker. If it's not to complicated. She told, she can do, she is very professional and have a license and insurance and I trusted her. On my appointment day, she gave me a lot of information. Her knowledge was excellent. Her prices is not so cheap and too expensive. So I was glad to find her. After my procedure was done, my eyebrows was look amazing. But after 2 week they starting loose color, (80%) changed shapes and right now I have 4 eyebrows. Horrible looking. I am immediately contacted her about what I have right now, send her a lots of pictures. She said I need to do touch up. I asked her how come?..on my appointment you told me my eyebrows will be good for 5 years. She told me that her goal is to keep clients from coming back every 2-3 years. All she said was bullshit. Plus she refused my touch up appointment. She told me she is not right technician for me. If you not right for me. Why did you take this job before? I spend $300.00 at her salon and give her a tip $40.00. After refusing my appointment for touch up. I asked her give me a full refund. $300.00 and you can keep a tip $40.00 for your time. Because you job was not finished. I have to spend right now from $750.00 - $1,500 00 to fix my eyebrows. Plus I asked her about her experience she told me 2 years. I check online when her business was register and its was less when a year. Plus I asked her send me a picture of her license, because I am not sure now if she has a license. After all my questions and my suggestions to resolve the problem she starting ignoring me. My friend stay away from her salon. She is unprofessional, she will screw up your eyebrows, will not fix them, because she is not right person for you and for me. I instantly forfeited my deposit elsewhere and went with Kim. She is SO talented and is so personable and kind. Kim and her team made me look and feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. Kim knew my vision from the beginning and totally went with it. When I decided last minute to redo my makeup trial due to not wanting a spray tan anymore she was so accommodating and got me in for a second makeup trial. The day of my wedding Kim was on time and got everyone's services done with plenty of time to spare, and took their visions and made them look awesome!!!
