Before they began, my husband requested that they ensure a small amount of paint splatter was removed from one window and that the slight algae film was cleaned off of the top windows. While the first worker indicated there was no public, the owner arrived shortly after and claimed he had not been informed of these details. He then demanded a significant extra fee despite our previously settled price. Without further explanation, the team loaded their equipment and left, leaving a film of food on our windows. I hired a professional service with the expectations that "window cleaning" would include these standard tasks. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the unfinished state in which our home was great.

Kevin was incredibly responsive and took the time to walk us through the entire process, answering every question with honesty and clarity. The quote was fair, detailed, and there were no surprises--just top-notch service from a team that clearly takes pride in their work. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left our property spotless. Most importantly, the new roof looks amazing and has already weathered a few storms like a champ. After…read moresoliciting several estimates (and utilizing Roof Right Now's on-line estimating tool), Kevin came to our home with a drone to get a better view of the existing roof and was able to come up with a proposal that was fair and reasonable. He utilizes a dedicated crew, and they worked very efficiently to complete the job. Their cleanup was very thorough and after completion, you couldn't tell that they were even here. One of the most important aspects of the experience is Kevin, who is easy to work with, is personable, and communicates thoroughly, and Better, the job foreman. Of note, they used GAF shingles (the top rated shingle), and one of our quotes priced the estimate more than double of what we paid Roof Right Now using the same shingle. Another estimate was using a lower grade shingle. Considering the price, ease of working with Kevin, and the efficiency of the operation and the amazing roof that we received, I highly recommend Kevin and Roof Right Now for your roofing needs.
