HHH are pros from start to finish. They provided a quote in writing that detailed what was included. They answered my questions quickly via phone and text. The quote was fair and, because they had done my partner's roof in Spring Trails, I hired them without getting other quotes. HHH handled the HOA paperwork and we scheduled the work once approval was received from the HOA in writing. We had scheduled a Saturday, but it looked like rain was on the way, so we rescheduled for the following Saturday. As they did the work, they texted me aerial photos and status. When they finished, they sent final pictures. The work was completed in one long workday. (About 10-12 hours.) The invoice was prompt and allowed me to pay online through my bank account. (Although you can pay by credit card for a small percentage of the total.) The roof looks terrific. HHH also provided the manufacturer warranty via email. Ralph said they handle a lot of repair/mitigation work and would be happy to help us with that portion as well. I was thrilled. We approved his estimate on October 16th, and this minor remediation job is STILL not complete. What should have taken 1-2 weeks at the most, I am here writing this 5 months later. I can't believe I let this go on as long as I have, and I'm embarrassed to admit it, but he kept assuring me it would be wrapped up soon. I was told THREE times he had passing air sample results from testing he had completed, and each time he claimed to have the report, he never sent it to me. It was either the testing company's fault for the delay in getting it to me, the report was on a laptop in a different city (four hours away), or he was on vacation and about to get on a flight so he couldn't email it, it was ALWAYS something. I finally reached out to a reputable remediation company that said he could complete the remediation work in a couple of days and would have results for me just a few days after that.
