I have been meaning to cleaning my gutters for a while now. I have not cleaned them since moving in. Being 70 years old, just the thought of climbing up a latter all day to clean gutters was enough to make me avoid the work. Then I saw an ad for Florida Homes Improved, LLC. I sent Jadon a text and he was able to provide me a quote within minutes. A very fair price to keep me off the ladder. I gave Jadon a few days that would work for me. He picked one that was about a week out. With a new storm coming in, that worked well for my schedule. Jadon showed up when promised and went right to work. Since the gutters have not been cleaned since moving in, they were well filled with debris. As Jadon worked, he took photos before and after cleaning. It was remarkable how much stuff had accumulated in the gutters. Jadon worked efficiently and cleaned up during and after the work. He even hauled away the debris. I was very pleased with the quality of work he performed, his can-do attitude, and good nature. He is a fantastic person to have on my call list. I will hire him again for gutter cleaning, but am also looking to do so for other jobs around the house and yard. I recommend him highly.

On the day of the work upon looking closely at our roof, it turned out we have very fragile painted Spanish tiles (we had been told that by our Solar installers as well.) Rather than trying to do a 1/2 baked job, Josh let us know the situation. They referred us to someone who has a cherry picker and did a small portion of the roof from the ladder to figure out what mix of solution would work best for the referral. They took drone photos and passed those along as well. They then proceeded to do our gutters and driveway. When they were done they wouldn't accept any payment since they couldn't do the roof. It is refreshing that there are honest people out there, others might have just walked around anyway and cracked/ruined our roof or just done a partial wash from the ladder. Thanks to them for doing the right thing ...

I was having a dinner party two days later and wanted the area looking nice. Total mistake! 3/6/2019 My pool still has so much sand in it, I've replaced 3 filters. My paver driveway has no sand left between the pavers. I'm thankful I didn't have him cleaning my roof. I can only imagine what might have happened. Owning a pressure washer and having fancy words is easy. The first picture I'm posting is the exact picture I sent to the company so they could see my driveway. The next 4 pictures are my driveway after Southern Tide finished the job and left my home. I called and they said I have a drainage problem which caused the mess. The last picture is the picture of my driveway after I pressure washed it myself. It took hours to clean up the mess Southern Pride created.
