We spoke with Sean and got a very favorable recommendation and a very favorable estimate. The plan was for Sean to be at our house Thursday, June 12, 2025 and they showed up promptly as expected. QUALITY: We are very, very happy with the quality of the workmanship, the courtesy and professionalism of the team, altogether resulting in a totally satisfactory pressure cleaning of the roof and driveway as well as the exterior of the house. Not only was the work done in a very timely manner, but Sean showed us pictures from the roof in both before and after Array. I mean dried up and browned out dead. clearly some sort of chemical burn. I saw one of the cleaners washing down the plants as they were washing the roof and wondered why. well I wonder why?! I asked them before they started to do you need me to move the cars or anything and they said no. we could have easily moved the plants, but their mailing said it was safe for plants. even their mailing card had their website misspelled; that should have been a warning. stay away. if it can kill your plants i am afraid of what it could do to us or our pets.
