Unfortunately, we're now experiencing installation issues again. Scott inspected the floor, acknowledged the problems, and then became unresponsive. We hired an independent flooring inspector, who documented the installation deficiencies in a written report that was provided to Scott. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, there has been no resolution.
