Not only were they professional, friendly and kind, but they were generous with their attention to detail and attention to engaging conversation. We even got to swap stories as fellow real estate folks! As Justin, the hard-working technician (and owner) worked his wizardry on my old, greyed-out carpets, I was amazed at just how clean they became. It was like an informercial happening right in front of my eyes. If Billy Mays was still alive, he'd surely shed a tear. All Metro got my carpet (and this is old, contractor-grade, non-impressive carpet) the cleanest I've ever seen in the three years I've owned it. AND THEY WERE SO NICE. Like, I want to invite Justin and his assistant (his dad, who was filling in for the day for a staffing issue -- how sweet is that??) over for dinner and feed them pies and send them home with Tupperwares of leftovers because, holy cow, these guys deserve to be spoiled.
