Not only were they professional, friendly and kind, but they were generous with their attention to detail and attention to engaging conversation. We even got to swap stories as fellow real estate folks! As Justin, the hard-working technician (and owner) worked his wizardry on my old, greyed-out carpets, I was amazed at just how clean they became. It was like an informercial happening right in front of my eyes. If Billy Mays was still alive, he'd surely shed a tear. All Metro got my carpet (and this is old, contractor-grade, non-impressive carpet) the cleanest I've ever seen in the three years I've owned it. AND THEY WERE SO NICE. Like, I want to invite Justin and his assistant (his dad, who was filling in for the day for a staffing issue -- how sweet is that??) over for dinner and feed them pies and send them home with Tupperwares of leftovers because, holy cow, these guys deserve to be spoiled. I was *so* inspired by their hard work that I cleaned the kitchen. To put this in a bit of perspective -- the previous tenants were five male college students. No one wants to clean that kitchen! Or any part of that house. But ALL METRO DID. They cleaned those floors! Then I cleaned the kitchen! Then angels heralded! Once the gentlemen he did his job which roughly took 4 hours or so. I paid the ticket $1,800 and he left. The next day I noticed water damage to the bottom of the trim of my walls. I contacted the company and they informed me they would get me in touch with the owner. After a few days of calling, I finally spoke with the owner. After explaining the issues he responded "I don't want to deal with this so I'm going to refund your money and hung up" This took me by surprise to say the least, after we got off the phone I contacted a contractor to come out and inspect the damage. The total cost for damage is roughly $2,800 and no one will acknowledge or respond to my calls. I am now in the process of speaking with my attorney to unfortunately take matters to the next level. I would highly recommend against using this company, what you get when they are selling their brand vs what you get and the quality professionalism once they receive their money is on two different ends of the spectrum. Carper cleaning done on 11-6-18 for a private residence about 1600 sq.ft., for which I was originally quoted $160 for. Brian got straight to work when he came. Offered me some sort of scotch-guard (I think it's called?) to help prevent any future stains from setting in. I accepted & my charge was $240 total. He was friendly and able to answer all my questions. He sprayed some sort of liquid solution and put some sort of crystallized powder before beginning. Said it was to unclog the machine because the last person didn't dilute the solution correctly. Informed me it wouldn't affect the performance or results and that the carper would dry in about 5 hours. Well 48 hours later & it was still wet!!!! Attached are some pictures of before and afters (on the same day), and the carpet doesn't look any different. There are also some pictures of what my own vacuum picked up on 11-10-18. Dirt, dust, debris (from having new lighting fixtures installed in the ceilings), dead skin cells, dog hair, food, etc ... Whatever you can think a lived in home has gone through. Now their website doesn't list regular business hours just that their open 24/7 for emergencies so I waited until 11-12-18 to call and complain. I was informed by the gentleman that answered the phone that he would need to speak w/ the owner & I'd receive a call back the next morning. Well I gave it sometime & instead of hearing from them I had to contact them on 11-15-18. The same gentleman answered and gave the phone to another named Mike. He offered to have someone come back out & redo the job. Seeing as I've already waited 48 hours for the place to dry, taken a day off work, moved in w/ large appliances & furniture w/ no other place to store them, cleaned the carpet after they were supposed to; I'm suppose to take another day off work, move back out, find a place to sleep, and wait another 48 hours for dry time. REALLY????!!!! Needless to say I declined and he offered me $60 compensation. I understand the service has already been completed and can't been undone however that's a piss poor way to say it's not their fault I'm not in the circumstance of not being able to waste more time, money, and energy!!!! Neither could get to residential customers, so we called Teddy's. The owner could not work us in for a few days, but he told us what we needed to do to manage the mess until he could come. Wow! Sooooo appreciated! When he did arrive at our home, he replaced the pad, put the carpet back in, and cleaned not only the closet carpet, but cleaned our bedroom carpet as well.
