Well roofer came exactly right on time and he (Alex) is a nice person to work with, there was an accent barrier especially with some of their workers but I didn't really mind as I'm not here to judge. I did charge him a small fee to use our electric (I still may have to come out of pocket a bit for that extra usage) due to our cost for electricity is typically always higher since our neighborhood is serviced by a rural electric cooperative instead of a "regular" utility but I felt he understood and he was okay with it. Unlike another roofer (their review is on my profile) it was also great that everything was done electronically, convenient as well as good for social distancing, and no one was yelling which really helps when roofing in general is fairly loud. I could also communicate via iMessage which was a bonus instead of just email or call.

We had a…read moresmall issue several years ago (not related to the roof they did- just closing a vent no longer used). Again, quick service, very reasonable price. About 2 years ago, they saved me from losing our home owners insurance from claims that the roof was damaged, when the company involved had not seen the alleged damage (this was when we had about 2 feet of snow on the roof). We just had a large branch hit the edge of our roof. Century showed up quickly to assess it, and the young man said he would fix it that day- just needed to get supplies. It took him a couple of hours to do the job, and he also did a couple of repairs around other vents or pipes to save me problems later. The price was so low I had to ask him if he was sure it was right; I expected it to be at least twice as much, and would have paid more with no complaints. I can't imagine ever going elsewhere for roofing needs- great service, great employees, very reasonable prices. What else is there? Lance Heern

Paid in full upfront. 3 weeks later it arrived. Looks great. However, I was delivered an 11x16 shed. Contacted the business and (in a polite tone) explained the discrepancy. The business claimed the shed dimensions are measured from the eve of the roof. Explained that before purchasing the shed I had been shown another 12x16 shed on the lot and had measured it to verify that it was in fact 12x16. The business, rather than be of any assistance, invited me out to measure any shed I want to (sarcastically inferring that I was a liar). If this is how you treat client's that have paid in full, this is the last business you will receive from me.

Not only did he come to my home days after I called, he found the issue plus other issues with the way it was installed and fixed those as well.
