Mike stepped in quickly and knocked out our long to-do list including retiling two bathrooms, installing closet doors, scraping and repainting exterior trim and a whole host of small items to get our house ready to sell. But it's not professional to cancel a job completely after you were already expected to be there. He then proceeds to tell me that he's never had a customer be this rude to him.
