I am so glad we did. The only link in the whole process that was handled with professionalism and real human care was Sue's at Storage Sense. Our unpackers (Them Movers; avoid at all costs) never showed and just left us hanging and the freight company (ABF) just left their trailer sitting in Storage Sense driveway for two days. Sue worked with us, allowed the trailer to sit while we arranged for Eric's Hauling and Moving to come help us out at the last moment. I can't tell you how Sue saved us that day and the next couple of days. She certainly made me feel good about Pittsburgh after an inauspicious start. Thank you Sue!! Mike P

We called a month in advance, got rates, told them we'd be arriving with movers at end of October and we emailed and called up until our move in day. The facilities are brand new, spotless and very easy to navigate. Cameras everywhere, very secure feeling. Dan and Brian were both very friendly and so helpful. We definitely recommend this facility - we are paying approximately $109 per month for 5 x 10 unit with insurance and taxes included. Our movers even commented on how nice this facility is and how clean and professional. A+

I have never had to do something like this but I am now because what happened to me should not…read morehappen to others: I truly appreciated this place until they screwed me over. I told them November 23rd I was vacating my storage unit and got confirmation back from the property manager they would NOT charge me for my storage unit if I vacated by December 1st. I did this, sent another email confirming I did, asked if they needed anything else from me, and took a dated picture showing it was empty. They charged my debit card on December 2nd anyway. Then when I told them about this, they never called to update me (even though they got an update from their accountant and confirmed this when I called A SECOND TIME), and then told me it would take 3-10 business days for the money to be seen on my account. I did everything right and still got charged for an empty storage unit before the holidays and before rent is due at my apartment. They then told me it's up to my bank when the money appears on my account even though they caused the problem in the first place. I've had to do extra work for their mistake when it wouldn't have happened if the job was just done correctly. This is absolutely ridiculous, disheartening, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I wanted to recommend this place to my friends and coworkers and previously praised this place up and down. It's so unfortunate that lack of professionalism and responsibility from this company has now turned away many future customers. I will not be back and will tell anyone who needs a storage unit to not use this one.
