I've…read morealways been happy with my haircuts, and the professionalism, cleanliness, and upbeat attitude of the employees. I find it humorous to read some of the negative reviews on yelp (one guy had to wait five minutes after walking in the door with no appointment and gave one star, another review the stylist got sick and had to cancel the appointment before it started and some guy gave that one star). That is just pathetic, waiting five minutes is the worst thing that could happen, the worst possible rating??? smh. Honestly, I have nothing I could come up with negative about this place. If I was super picky I'd say maybe the parking lot gets a little full during lunch rush sometimes, but it just means it takes 45 seconds to find a spot and that is if I'm being super picky. It's sad to me that a business like this that consistently goes above and beyond and does a great job isn't rated higher. I see Jessica as my stylist and she is wonderful but that's not to say the other stylists aren't too, they are. I do HIGHLY recommend this place.

After my wife cut my hair at home for the past 10 years, she turned to me recently and said, "I…read morethink it's time to have a professional cut your hair." My wife always did a good job with my haircut, but it was a bit stressful for her at times, and there were some skills (blending; dealing with cowlicks) that she did not have. After reading some reviews here and elsewhere, I saw their stylist Rachel was receiving high marks from all. So, I set out to get a haircut with Rachel -- which is easy to request via checking in on their app. Rachel was great to work with and produced an outstanding haircut for me. My wife was really impressed with the look of the cut. She was friendly, outgoing, and worked efficiently and skillfully. I opted for the MVP experience, which was a nice luxury that is not too expensive. It's nice to have their app -- getting on the wait list in advance, AND being able to select which stylist you prefer. I was able to walk in and get seated with Rachel almost immediately. I know I could save a few bucks by visiting Great Clips, but overall I think I'll take the security of knowing Rachel will produce a great look for me.
