Lisa P.

I have worked with Lisa for the past 2 years. She has been an extremely helpful guide through important life changes. Always supportive, Lisa listens carefully but does not shy away from sharing her wise insights. I appreciate so much about Lisa but it is especially her unwavering acceptance of who I am at this point in my life. Her openness to meeting me where I am while also challenging me to move forward in my life is a rare gift. With deep gratitude for her presence in my life, I can highly recommend working with Lisa. You will learn more about yourself while feeling a great sense of support. read more

WOW! I'd never felt understood, seen or heard till Matt at Clarity Counseling…read more He is knowledgeable, Understanding and Supportive. Having PTSD, Panic Attack Disorder and Anxieties, He has helped me normalize my feelings by helping me to understand my symptoms were due to my traumas and they were common reactions. Understanding what trauma can do enabled me to feel better about therapy and open up to treatment. I used to be embarrassed and confused by the fogginess, lack of expression, fear of leaving the house and so many other things that it has been debilitating. With Mr. Whittington's help I am getting stronger every day and am extremely grateful!
