She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with each portion of the massage. The room itself was smaller than I expected (it's inside another business) but it didn't compromise the service in any way. I have never had a body massager used on me before but it definitely helped work out some tightness. Overall, I was very pleased.

She took her time, I never felt rushed or like another quick buck. She took her time. She consistently asked if I was comfortable and if the pressure was okay (it was beyond perfect). She communicates via phone and text, which is perfect when you're a busy worker with little time to actually make a phone call. She accepts multiple forms of payment. I will be returning and recommending her to everyone I know. She took extra care to make sure that I felt okay and that my baby was okay.

I specifically asked for the focus to be on my hips, both in the intake paperwork and verbally. The therapist never worked on my hips at all, even though I was patiently waiting for it the entire session. I also requested deep/hard pressure twice during the massage and noted it in my paperwork. The pressure was so light that it barely felt like a massage at all--more like someone was just rubbing lotion on my body. Overall, the experience completely missed what I asked for and needed.
