The staff here are brilliant and are committed to ensuring you enjoy your time whilst your are there. The centre offers all the courses that you could imagine for all ages. My children have attended baby and toddler groups and then gone onto enjoy afterschool clubs and more recently summer holiday sessions. If you want to attend a course here and you have young children their are free creche places available but i would be certain you would need to book these in advance. Its a great place to meet people if you are new to the area - theres a coffee/ cafe room where you can get hot and cold drinks and light snacks, crisps chocolate etc. so you don't have to be taking part in a course to attend - you can just go to socialise. Also they have a very good information board that also has any contact numbers for different public services and good transport information. It really is a good centre to have within the community.

But the staff on afternoon are not as friendly as they should be…read more One of the staff approach me and told me that it's not allowed to bring foods in, first of all I know that rule I been from different indoor play area in different county, I am from Manchester and i travelled all the way down because my friend told me it was really entertaining for kids which is true, but It's not because I am Asian they think I am bringing my own food eating it at the canteen on jungle gym. I bring that food for my fussy baby, do they sell baby foods that my baby will eat? She should observe first if that food is going inside my mouth and not my baby's mouth. That staff ruined my day and I just go home after that coz I feel embarrassed and not welcome at all.

We have been going to Prendoolys on a almost weekly basis for quite some time now, and i can…read morehonestly say it is by far the cleanest and best soft play area we have ever visited. The staff are always very helpfull and make you feel very welcome and the food is delicious. The children always have a great time playing on all of the various equipment and my son says that the slides here are the best because they are the fastest. The way it is all designed also is a big plus to me because although the two eldest are always off in the main play frame i can still keep my eye on them from either the baby area or toddler area with my youngest child. I am thinking of holding my sons 7th birthday party here because although i havnt had one myself i have seen lots of parties taking place when we have visited and they just make such a fuss of all the children that the parents just love it. one small negative is that the car park is not big enough for the ammount of custom they seem to get however there is a large car park a couple of hundred yards away which is free and we always park on that.

There's a nice area with tables & chairs for parents to sit & they also offer some food which is prepared on the premises. My kids have been to several parties here & have just loved it. They do everything for you even down to goody bags, games & they have seperate rooms which they use to play the games & they also get to play on the equipment. It's always clean & tidy & the staff have always been good at supervising & are fantastic with the kids. There's a car park with plenty of spaces & it's only a short walk from bus stops & the train station. Reasonably priced for a load of fun!

Upon entering we were informed that this was a "children's park" and that we could not enter unless a child was present. This only appears buried at the bottom of the park's FAQ on the website, this needs to be made very clear so people don't make pointless trips out to the park, like ours. Apart from being disappointed about not getting to ride the coaster, there's something ageist and weird about this policy, which I've never encountered at any other amusement park
