Dr. Douglas Kerr is the doctor to go to. He has a great attitude and is extremely personable. My little man loves him and Eve to the extent that he proposes we get a gift for him. That says everything because kids are truth serum and can see beyond. He is knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate the interactions exchanges he has with my son. If you can capture the heart of a kid that more than half the battle. He's always been polite to me and when my big beast of a dog gave me a mild concussion be was extremely kind. Told me to not stress over it and gave me great direction. Most people go get a scan but why out harm via radiation if you don't need it. read more

It's unclear why there is such a lack of accountability. It's frustrating and unnecessary. My goal was to contact Selma, Ca Premium Urgent Care . I was limited to this location due to insurance. I called the phone number listed in pic. Unfortunately, this number was confused for another location or it was forwarded. I don't know since assistance was offensive to the receiver. I drove to the location. The doors were locked. I called the number back and asked if they would let me in. They (2 women back and forth) asked for my location. I said Selma. They said "Oh yeah, we're not Selma. I asked where they were and someone said "Not Selma." I took a deep breath. I really didn't want to pop off. I just wanted clear communication for those requiring medical assistance. I asked is there was someone in charge of social media and could I leave a message. I was told, they have a manager named Brenda. She'd be in Saturday, wait call Monday after 9. I asked if there was an e-mail. They replied that there are no emails. Could I leave a message. I never leave reviews that are bad as a general rule because everyone is given the benefit of the doubt, but I have been dealing with them for 2 weeks on a simple issue and have been given the run around. I feel like they give false advertisement, no one EVER returns a phone call and I get bounced back and forth. I even had to do their job for them because they seemed incapable! I find it is extremely unfortunate that after having such a good experience, initially, that the experience over the last FOUR visits have been nothing short of DISAPPOINTING! The ladies at the front discuss have told me that my insurance is "inactive." I have great health insurance. We're a family of 5. Before, after, and in between these urgent care visits, I have had ZERO problems with my insurance. I've called my insurance company and they've said there is not history of my insurance being inactive. Hmmm I WILL NEVER ENTER THESE DOORS AGAIN. There are plenty of other facilities around that can take care of my family's urgent needs in an interrupted and non-frustrating way. My family from Santa Barbara came down to visit my 92 yr old Mother, when they got here my Sister's son tested Positive CV19, PUC in Selma accepted her insurance and all went well, But when my Br went it was a different attitude they told my Br his Teamsters Union Inurance was not accepted because he was from out of town, Really then why did they accept my Sister's Inurance the day before, this same Scam happened to me last year in Clovis, they wanted my Br to pay 250 dollars upfront, and it wasn't until I posted it they accepted my Medical, it's Sad when a facility like this takes advantage of people, There is Nothing Premium about this company and the Urgency is to take yr Money read more

Took my mom here tonight. She is elderly and has a bad cold and cough. I was hoping they could give her a breathing treatment. The receptionist and MA were super kind and helpful. Well, the provider was unfriendly and not caring at all. I understand they have their guidelines to follow but a little compassion goes a long way. My moms oxygen level was too low so they wouldn't treat her. The provider who wasn't the same one that we are used to seeing couldn't even stick her head in the room to tell us sorry we won't be able to treat your mom but instead told the MA from the other room "she'll have to go to the ER" Learn some customer service please!!! I went in on Thursday with Chest pains. Everyone was so nice and personable. Not one part of my visit was bad. I will definitely be going to them whenever I need. They are so amazing. I was seen literally within 5 minutes and they were so attentive. It's really clean. The Physicians Assistant Jennifer was super nice. She made me feel completely comfortable and she was very understanding and listened to what I had to say. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Love the option of a drive up COVID test. The results were ready super fast. The provider answered all my questions I asked and she was very friendly. The nurse doing the test was also very friendly. She did a great job explaining how the test was going to be performed and how long my results were going to take. The only downfall was trying to get thru the line to let them know I was there already for my test. It took a while for someone to answer. read more

I have been in twice now and PA Jennifer Trost was amazing. So friendly and caring. The last time I was in was for a sinus infection and today for a knee injury after I fell. She sent me over to Selma Hospital to have X-rays done and then followed up with them to get the results and call me the same day to let me know all was good. I'm so glad we have a Urgent Care in Selma now and that I can go there in the morning while the kids are in school. The whole staff has been very nice when I went in and office is very clean. My only minor complaint is that they aren't open on weekends when other Dr.'s are closed...I really wish they were. read more

Needed urgent care on January 1st. Their website lists all holiday hours and closures and does not list New Years Day. Their phone automated messaging didn't say anything about different hours and when I arrived they were closed. I was feeling very sick and needed help and wasted a lot of time going to this location because I believed they would be open. read more

My husband went to Premium Urgent Care with very bad back pain and Dr. Klug was very helpful. He was very thorough with his exam and was able to help relieve the pain. He was very good about following up with him and all in all it was a very good experience. The nurse and front desk staff were also very friendly and caring. Took our two year old son in fearing he had croup. Called ahead to find the patient wait time, 6 people ahead. Arrived to one person ahead of us. Greeted by a friendly receptionist and was asked to see insurance instantly to make sure they accepted it, as opposed to have to wait to find later that it might not be covered. Filled out the appropriate paper work and waited for a short period of time. I was extremely nervous because our son does not do well at doctors offices. The young lady that came in to take my sons vitals was extremely friendly and helped easy my sons fears (showing him all of the things she would be using before she used them and it seemed to help!). The doctor came in and gave my son a sticker right away, so sweet. He was very friendly and played little games to help keep my son entertained while he listened to his lungs. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this location to everyone! The facility was also e trembly clean! read more
