While I wasn't watching, they removed major healthy large limbs and stripped the tree of its leaves saying, "That's how photosynthesis works." No, it works via the leaves, as we all learned in 6th grade. We were shocked. Neighbors stopped by as they, too, were shocked. Our beautiful, healthy 40 foot tree died soon after. We agreed I would not pay him for killing our tree. I later read trees like this can increase home values by $10,000. To this day, I remain sickened by what happened and wish I would have sued for damages. We wanted twigs/thin dead branches removed in our back yard trees, too. This is a row of trees. Instead he cut them so each tree extended the same length into our yard - something I was not at all interested in. I cannot tell from the other reviews but maybe they used them for tree removal only. They might be good for that.

We had branches leaning over her property as part of this work. They removed all the cuttings. It was a great experience working with them.

Wish I had taken some pictures!…read more I recently had a tall pine tree removed and some big branches trimmed from my maple tree, and Neighborhood Tree Care was by far the best price I found. The whole crew was friendly, efficient, and did an awesome job. I worked with Nick, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I also loved how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with my lack of knowledge of tree trimming. He told me if there was anything I seen I wanted removed while they were in the tree they would be more than happy to (provided it wasn't harm to the trees health). They showed up on Memorial Day on time as scheduled, very professional and all the proper gear. They removed several branches as promised per my request, they also cut up put to the side for me some bigger pieces I requested for my fire pit. They started at 7:00 and finished by 10:30 cleaned up mine and the neighbors yards better than the were when they started, hauled away all the brush. I now have two beautiful trees! Over all they were very organized, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Licensed and bonded. Thanks guys, a job well done! See you again in several years.
