Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. They painted it mint, and it looks amazing--such a clean, fresh look! His pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. My husband even said, "Why didn't we do this sooner?"--he's just as happy with the outcome as I am. I highly recommend ZPro Painting if you're looking for quality work, honest service, and real results--especially for metal roofing projects!

They were on time (or even a few minutes early) every day, worked hard, were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, matched the existing paint color perfectly, and the cost was very reasonable. When my 24-year-old rental property needed a full exterior repaint due to an HOA color scheme update, I took my time finding the right team. I spent a couple of weeks researching recommended painters through my brokerage network and Yelp. I narrowed it down to four contractors for in-person estimates, carefully evaluating ratings, review volume, project timelines, and line-by-line bid breakdowns to ensure a true apples-to-apples comparison. I even paid close attention to critical feedback across reviews to gauge potential risks. Stubbins Painting immediately set themselves apart.
