Working with the sales team was super easy (LOVE that they are willing to text instead of insisting on a call, it makes managing things while busy with the rest of life so nice.) Cut to window-wash day. Y'all, I cannot tell you HOW amazing Carter is. We tell anyone and everyone to please call before you come so we can lock up our not-super-friendly cat, and to date, Carter is the ONLY person to ever actually do this. Aside from having amazing communication, Carter did a fantastic job. Our windows look amazing, and the amount of time he spent made the cost feel extremely reasonable. Also, he just seems like an amazingly nice human, and we were super comfortable having him in our home. While I may have had initial sticker shock at the estimate, I can tell you, Primeshine is worth EVERY penny. Also, to the Primeshine team- Carter is representing your company so well!

I live in Greenfield, I texted him at 8 am to tell him it doesn't rain. He replied 5 hours later, and blamed weather in Salinas, he also told me he can't come soon because he has huge job for a week some place else. I think he overbooked himself, and cancelled on me because he had better client. Otherwise he would reply to my morning message, but he was busy for 5 hr.
