I came to Operation Hope referred by a friend, even though it was a drive away, I decided to go to…read moresee if they could help me. Wow did I get help, I came in with a dream and I walked out as a homeowner. Mike Lainez the counselor for this location started by disputing errors from my credit reports, as the errors were cleared from my credit he helped me identify some lending options for me but not before recommending the first time homebuyer workshop. The workshop was very informative and learned allot about the whole process of buying a home the smart way. Mike invited industry experts, lenders, realtors and fraud experts from the department of business oversight. These people were very professional and very knowledgeable With this information I felt confident in the whole buying process. At Operation Hope, I was given all the tools necessary to buy my home the smart way. I am so glad my friend referred me to Mike, he did all the things my friend said he would do, very professional and very caring and was always there to answer my questions or concerns. It always helps to have a dedicated team on your side, and I got that and much more at Operation Hope Maywood. Thank you so so much, Mike Lainez and Operation Hope for all of your help in making my family's dream a reality. At Operation Hope, I got help with my credit, with down payment assistance for the purchase of my home but more importantly the education and resources to make my story a success. Forever Grateful

The only thing that drives me a little crazy is how small their parking lot is. I was going to give them 4 stars BUT I realized I really have never had to wait even a minute for a spot to open up even when they are extremely busy. There is no need for them to loose a star when they are actually proving themselves through their A+ quality service and how fast they are, at selling and getting people in and out of the place. Recently*** I went by myself to recycle my stuff and I felt bad because I was taking a bit long and the lady who is in charge of selling the stuff came to help me!!!!! My heart almost broke in half, she said it was her job and she was helping me because there were no customers ready to sell their bottles but still even when she was helping me she was the sweetest person ever! ---Hence the whole service this business gives to the community is ***** (5 stars)
