I filed a complaint with Suntransfers and after back-and-forth email exchange, they told me that this is my fault and refused to give me a refund. I think they simply make money cancelling services 1 hour after your plane landed, probably do not have any car fleet at all, the driver I was talking with literally told me that he works for local company and after Suntransfers moved me into "no show" state they have no responsibility at all.

Obviously with leaving Europe we had used up all but 25 euros and then at airport driver tells me to go in and get money out of an ATM! Unable to access and use ATM, unable to get 'cash' with credit card from an airport store... eventually taxi driver spoke with another taxi driver who would accept my credit card. HOWEVER, ALL HE DID WAS RUN MY CARD THROUGH FOR 50 EUROS, KEPT 5 EUROS AS A FEE, AND GAVE 45 EUROS TO MY TAXI DRIVER who did give me the change difference from the fare - which I gave back as tip. He was aware I had 25 euros so why not just get the additional 20 euros... why the 50 euros!?! Of course, everything lost in translation and neither driver would/could listen and see that I already had the 25 euros. OMG, 20 days traveling and this is the first taxi driver that could not accept a credit card! Sour experience as we left the beautiful city of Barcelona.
