As soon as we walked in the lady sitting behind the desk( I think her name was Rachel) greeted us with a smile and quickly took care of us. We waited less than 5 min when Roya, the dental assistant came and got us. As she prepared Jade to see the Dr you could see she was already nervous and at the point of tears. In comes Dr. Sadiq, he quickly saw how upset she was took the time to talk to her and put her at ease enough to continue with the procedure. Throughout the entire time he was working he was talking to her telling her how good she was doing and how brave she was. For many this may not be a big deal, but my daughter has been through countless treatments and has been poked and prodded enough for 3 life times; It was a huge deal. The reason I say this is that she now trusts him and wants to see no one else. If your looking for a place that will not only give you quality care but also care about you as a person and not a client..... this is where you need to be. Follow by ADA (American Dental Associations) dentists can make this procedure only once per 3 years, but my doctor did it twice in 6 months. Also debriedement should take more that half hour and it is at least 2 visits procedure. Both times "she did it" in one day and less that 20 minutes. I know it's fraud. I just want my money back. Also I have receipts from Viktory Dental with different amounts and procedures from receipts that Delta Dental sended to me.

Dr. Kim was recommended to me by my aunt and several cousins, they all had good things to say so I decided to give her a try. I called and got an appointment with ease. Today, my hygienist was very thorough and seemed to take the time to hear my concerns as did Dr. Kim. As we all know dental work can be very costly but, after expressing my concerns about that to Dr. Kim she set up a plan and prioritized what needed to be done. It was a very pleasant feeling to leave there not discouraged for a change and feeling like there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

Doctor Rossis drilled my teeth #30 and #31 and I did not give her consent to drill my teeth…read more she was trying to force me to get a crown or implant when I told her I did not have the money to pay for it, I was on a Medicaid plan I just came in for a cleaning and exam of my teeth. dental hygienist, from Japan cleaned my teeth she did a good job cleaning my teeth. upon me going to another dentist after visiting your office I was told based on their evaluation there was no nothing wrong with my teeth. this doctor does not care and just wants to make unnecessary bills and take my money. I emailed doctor Rossis she was not unapologetic for the severe damage done to my teeth. Now I am suffering from living with damage and paint and cannot eat on the right side of my mouth for years. and I cannot afford to pay to fix the damage she did. food is always stuck here and painful all the time.

Then they said they couldn't see me and my son FOR OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT because they couldn't find our insurance & then tried to say it was inactive & it wasn't it took 2 of them and the dentist to figure out they entered more numbers in wrong again strike 2! Then they tell me they can't see us & they can't schedule us again until summer because of all their screw ups strike 3 your out! I will report you to my insurance company, BBB & anyone else who will listen that this place is horrible the front desk people are rude & uncaring, not one of them at the front desk who most likely took my info incorrectly over the phone & screwed it up with poor data entry skills never even attempted to apologize for THEIR MISTAKES or tried to make good by trying to squeeze us in the schedule since the are the ones who made the mess with the mistakes THEY MADE THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE GOOD BUT MADE NO ATTEMPT TO.
