Almost nobody is ever available to help. One day the loader took 2 hours to come up and help me. I waited with my pickup for 2 hours at the front and almost every time I ask for a manager I'm greeting by a kid saying they can't find a manager or they need help. Honestly awful service and the one manager that "helped" was to cowardly to come up and actually help by saying no to my face but instead had a kid say "my manager said no" as if that's enough of an answer after waiting for help. I was always a never shop at Lowes kind of person but after being in Jonesboro NEVER shop at Home Depot- go to Lowe's- it's worth it to deal with competent and KIND people.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Employees, including management, were either nowhere to be found or seemed uninterested in helping when I finally tracked them down. I asked a simple question about locating an item, and the response I got was vague and dismissive. I was highly dissatisfied with the responses I was getting when I asked for a store manager, so I left. The store itself was also poorly maintained. Aisles were cluttered, shelves were disorganized, and several products were out of stock without any indication of when they'd be replenished. It made what should have been a quick trip turn into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. The only positive thing I can say is that when I came back the next day from that unsatisfying event, the employee who did help me was very kind, supportive, and helped me find what I needed. He wasn't rude nor dismissive like the other employees or management in the store previously. I don't recall his name, but he wore a nice baseball cap with some form of emblem on it. I gave him a compliment on his hat and his work ethic. Whoever the man may be, thank you for being the only person doing your job that day! But to unfortunately make matters worse, checkout was incredibly slow despite the store not being particularly busy. Overall, I left feeling annoyed and unimpressed. I expected much better from a major retailer like Lowe's, but this location really missed the mark.

They had a good selection of jackets but was slim pickings on the lined pants, they mainly had the bib overalls and not small enough for me. As for the hardware store, they had a strong assortment of tools and other things you typically find at that type of place. If you are burned out on the big box shopping that is Lowe's and long for something smaller, this place will do.
