At 12:10 I receive a call from the installer saying he just got the job and will not arrive until 2:45 pm . He showed up by himself and the job was not completed until after 6pm. We had to miss a family function due to this. Horrible communication. Spoke with Adam at local lowes store did not seem interested at all in what I had to say about the install. Almost nobody is ever available to help. One day the loader took 2 hours to come up and help me. I waited with my pickup for 2 hours at the front and almost every time I ask for a manager I'm greeting by a kid saying they can't find a manager or they need help. Honestly awful service and the one manager that "helped" was to cowardly to come up and actually help by saying no to my face but instead had a kid say "my manager said no" as if that's enough of an answer after waiting for help. I was always a never shop at Lowes kind of person but after being in Jonesboro NEVER shop at Home Depot- go to Lowe's- it's worth it to deal with competent and KIND people.
